"We had a very bad experience. We arrived at the hotel, and it was pitch black. There was no internet connection, no sign, and no one to greet us. We arrived around 8 p.m. We had to call a neighbor, and the neighbor said he didn't know, that he hadn't seen anyone. Everything was abandoned, closed, and we had to drive an hour back to search for a place to sleep overnight. No one showed up to give us any explanation. We hope they refund our money because it's a scam."

"Very friendly and knowledgeable front desk and check in was smooth. Getting their help with arrangements for taxi was great. Room was very comfortable and clean. No noise from inside hotel, good sleep environment with blackout curtains. Breakfast was exceptionally good and the staff kept the large food selection maintained even for late arrival to the 7-10 AM breakfast . Very pleased with everything. Everyone was fluent in English and for that I was grateful."
