As a hotelier myself i have to say sweet very friendly staff, great food but logistic training is missing, efficiency as there is far to much staff in the restaurant in low season but again if it fits the company in turnover no need to let them go and keep structure alive as long they are aware that they have then a great boss then. This one was listed as two twins and I asked if it could be put together into a King and they said it was already a King. The expedia website is frequently wrong in their listings of beds. Having Carib Beans behind the hotel is a big plus. Also, the hotel has started handing out 10% coupons to Carib Beans if you stay there. "
