Comfortable, clean, and Air-Conditioned with a gated patio that steps out onto a short walk to one of St. Thomas’s best beaches (Sapphire Beach)! The studio is on the East End of St. Thomas and is in walking distance of Sapphire Beach, Sapphire Beach Bar and Restaurant, Paradise Pies, new fine dining restaurant Sea Salt, and a coffee shop. 4 minutes to Red Hook having many restaurants, marinas, the ferries to St. John and more.

DO NOT DO TURN THERMOSTAT BELOW 70 DEGREES. If condenser freezes up there will be a $250 service charge.
Please take out all trash. USVI does not recycle so no need to leave items. There will be a $50 charge if trash is left.

Great condo in a great location. Right on the beach. Clean and modernly decorated. Host was accommodating and responsive. Will stay again!
