Great views

The views from the balcony were amazing! We loved watching the ships comw in in the mornings. We rented the jeep and the property was in a great location to drive around and explore. The host and property manager were great at communicating with us.

Perfect Getaway with Amazing View

The host was very welcoming and the place was well stocked with things to make a stay away from home perfect. Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, everything needed for a fun beach trip. Loved the view! Would definitely stay again.

Awesome view, perfect for two

Perfect place with the best views from inside while cooking or outside while relaxing on the porch. Very clean and was exactly as identified, including the roosters. Easy check in and out and the hosts were very accomodating.

Excellent studio, close drive to everything. Conveniently located for easy access to Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook for ferries to St John. Beautiful views from the balcony. Great Views from the hill side

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this rental. The space was clean, quiet and had great views of the ocean. The wall of windows let in lots of natural light, which I loved! Our hosts Christi and Dan were great! We were able to rent their Jeep, which is a must for getting around on the island. They even picked us up and dropped us back off at the airport. They are top notch hosts and we will definitely stay at their property the next time we are in St Thomas!

Paradise in the trees

We had an incredible week at Dan and Christy’s. The studio was just as described with everything we needed. Excellent recommendations provided if you’re new to STT. Having coffee every morning, watching the day begin with the active wildlife among the gorgeous landscape was just as lovely as the incredible sunsets over PR from the hillside. Convenient location to town. Renting the Jeep with airport transportation was so nice. We are already planning our next stay.

Perfect location

The property and views were amazing and so was our host. Christy was always available when needed and answered all questions promptly. The jeep rental was a must, explored the island on our own time and never had to worry about a taxi. Our driver Pnut that Christy had pick us up and drop us off at the airport was also amazing and fun! We really enjoyed our week!

Comfy, clean, with solar power! Huge plus!

Very comfortable with a beautiful view! Great owner, easy to reach. While others went without power, we still had ours thanks to solar power! AC, shower, and comfort the whole time during power outages. Grateful for this place 😊

Amazing view

Nice place to settle for nine days. Relatively close to Havensight and town. Definitely need a vehicle. We rented the Jeep from Christy which was super convenient. The view from the balcony is what we enjoyed most watching the cruise ships arriving and departing.

The view!

Amazing Property! Christy was a breeze to communicate with. This is the ideal property if you’re looking for somewhere secluded with a stunning view. Watching the sunrise to birds chirping. The host, Cristy & Dan, went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. Their vacation villa is immaculate! It’s decorated nicely, clean, with breathtaking water views from the mountains, and the kitchen is stocked with enough utensils to cook daily. They rented out their Jeep to us, which was a huge convenience. Cristy’s restaurant recommendations were top tier. She even offered us a ride to the airport. We’ll definitely be staying again. Highly recommend!

A True Island Experience

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The view on the way there and at the house were breathtaking. The commute was a little intimidating but my husband was driving like a local in no time. The Jeep is a must have to travel the island and really get the island experience. Lots of great local food options were close by as well. We will definitely book again when we return. Christy and Dan are amazing hosts.

Great View

My stay was short but sweet. The hosts were extremely accommodating with great communication. The property was well equipped with everything needed. During this trip I was elated that the property was solar powered. The island was experiencing frequent power outages so having air conditioning throughout my stay was AMAZING, to say the least. Thank you so much! I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Summer Getaway

Pleasant And secluded property with beautiful view of the deck. Stay has every accommodation needed for a simple getaway. Check in process easy and host very attentive to all needs. Gave many recommendations for food and beachs, all of which were great! Enjoy the offered pick up/drop off service at the airport. Also rented the Jeep which is highly recommended. Location is pretty centralized and only takes 15–20 minutes at most to get to anywhere on the island. Would recommend checking to see when cruises are coming to port and plan those days for St. Johns or BVI day trips. Would definitely recommend to friends and family or stay again if our journey takes us back to the Virgin Islands.

Extraordinarily beautiful! Awesome alternative to resort vacationing.. When it’s time to relax, we were completely off the grid. However, everything is a short Jeep ride away. The views are amazing from the balcony, and the interior was relaxing and clean. Big people will struggle in the shower, but at least the water stays very warm. I definitely recommend renting the Jeep!! It’s almost impossible to get around without a reliable mode of transportation…preferably an SUV. Our host was very gracious. If we had a question, it was answered immediately. Stephanie picked us up, and was a plethora of information! We loved our stay here! Great way to spend our anniversary!! Can’t wait to return…

Fantastic View, Glass-fronted hillside Studio

All other reviews are accurate, as is the listing! Clean place, great view, lots of thoughtful and useful items, safe neighborhood, and we also rented the Jeep, which was a good thing because the drive up to the rental from the main road is not for the faint of heart or the low of bumper. We arranged for airport pickup/dropoff and the ride from the airport to the rental with Christian was helpful in orienting ourselves, witnessing left-hand drive, and hearing recommendations from a local. This is the perfect rental for what it is, a small place with a beautiful view for two people. It's a studio with a small shower/bathroom, very little privacy. If you travel light and are a confident driver, waking up here and walking out on to the porch with that view is completely worth it. Hearing the coqui frogs and chickens adds to its charm, and the birding from the porch is fantastic. FYI you cannot realistically walk anywhere from here, despite what Google says.
