With the ocean crashing just below the numerous balconies, you won’t get any closer to the water unless you’re on a boat...well, or at a beach. With panoramic views, luxurious amenities, and space for the whole crew, this vacation rental on St. Thomas is the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience.

*There are two staircases to access this level, one that goes down the side of the house that is ideal for when you’re bringing luggage up or down and a spiral staircase by the pool that gives easy access to the pool and main level of the house.*

- Automatic generator powers the entire unit during outages - please conservative when on back up power for extended outages to avoid issues.

- Important note: During the cool “Christmas Winds” season (Dec–Feb), if you open the doors to enjoy the breeze, please shut off the AC to avoid damaging the units
- Hurricane season is August–October, we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of a hurricane

Getting Around
A rental car is recommended for maximum freedom but we can also recommend taxi drivers or arrange a daily driver for your stay.

- Secret Harbor Beach – 3 minutes away and one of my favorite beaches on St. Thomas. This beach is calm and has great snorkeling. There is a restaurant just steps from the beach so you can grab lunch and beverages while you’re there.

- Cowpet Beach – 3 minutes away, another favorite of mine because of the typically calm waters and great snorkeling. There’s ample shade and a little restaurant to grab lunch called Sangrias. Caribbean Fish Market is open for dinner and bunch on Sunday and is another great spot to dine.

- Sapphire Beach, Lindquist Beach, and Coki Beach are all around 8 minutes away and are must visits during your stay. They are all great places to snorkel! You can see sea turtles, sergeant majors, blue and yellow tang, lobster, and more!

- An Hour Late – 6 minutes away and has great coffee, and breakfast or lunch options. It's a local favorite for a reason!

- Dining options in Red Hook – 7 minutes down the road and you can find numerous dining options ranging from sushi, pizza, Italian, Mexican, and more!

- Cost U Less & The Market (groceries) – 20 minutes, most affordable place to grab groceries on the island. Some items are in bulk but most are not.

- Red Hook + STJ ferry – 5 minutes, hop on the car or people ferry and explore our neighboring island of St. John. The car ferry takes about 20 minutes and the people ferry is about a 10 minute ride.

• While the villa is completely private, you may encounter service vendors during your stay, including pool techs, landscapers, or generator technicians. They set their own schedules and do not provide notice.
• Renting this villa requires signing a rental agreement.

Island Tings
This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests.
