Everything was great! It was the perfect space and clean. I had the perfect view and the pools were wonderful too. The host was very responsive and helpful. I felt safe at all times. I highly recommend this rental. I will definitely rent again. I actually would love to be a long term resident in this villa.

Great location in a beautiful gated community. The grounds were wonderful with nice pool options. Loved the walkable options for dining. The condo was very clean and had great amenities, we especially liked having all the beach gear needed to enjoy a day at Saphire beach. Lucas was very responsive when we had any questions. The views from the condo were amazing and loved watching the cruise ships coming in. We would have loved having a balcony to relax on but unfortunately this unit did not have one. Everything was wonderful and we will be visiting St. Thomas again.

One week visit. Security gated condominiums. Stay was comfortable and felt safe at all times. Condo was small but clean. Owner was easy to contact and communication was very good. Would consider staying again if ever in the area.

Great breeze & view

This studio has a nice location right above the ocean. The breeze is fantastic. We loved hearing the water on the rocks and watching the boats go by. There are very pretty sunsets and we even saw some cruise ships pass early in the morning when they were getting ready to go to port and leaving in the evening.The studio is very well-equipped, peaceful, and comfortable. Luke made check-in so easy. We enjoyed our stay and really recommend this place.

Enjoyable stay with some logistics hiccups

We really enjoyed our stay in Regatta’s Island Time Getaway despite some logistics hiccups. Most concerning was a water leak in the living room during a heavy rain but owner said it would be fixed soon!
