This condo is a 3 minute walk to Sapphire beach bar, coffee shop, pizza shop, new fine dining restaurant Sea Salt and the Sapphire marina. Pool and tennis courts on property, lounge chairs and beach chairs exclusively for Crystal Cove guests. Only a 5 minute drive to Red Hook and additional restaurants, bars, shops, ferries, and marina. Many other East End beaches (Linquist, Coki, Secret Harbor) all within a 5-10 minute drive or taxi.

Leave unit clean. Take ALL garbage out upon check-out, do not leave food in unit, wash all dishes. If garbage is left there will be a charge of $50.
No smoking of anything in unit. If there is evidence of smoking; including but not limited to (butts, marjiuana, joints etc.) there is a $250 fine.
DO NOT OPEN THE WINDOWS. DO NOT DO TURN THERMOSTAT BELOW 70 DEGREES. If condenser freezes up there will be a $250 service charge.
