"They room was great and breakfast was good. The hotel has a good central location. The staff was excellent. Liz at the front desk is awesome!"

"At first arrival,we noticed only a small amount of handicapped parking spots, in which there was spaces up next to them with cones blocking them. Then when entering the building there were signs saying they were renovating the rooms. The lobby area was nice and greeted by the friendly staff. The room was clean, with a wonderful view of the gulf, there was a microwave ,small refrigerator and a coffee maker. There was 2 bottles of water by the ice bucket, but only to read the note on the bottles,they were free for exclusive Hilton members, I’m a Hilton member but not elite, so what water would you drink or even make coffee, it might sound cheap, but I went down the street and bought a case of water for 4$, we like to drink water and I wouldn’t recommend the tap water. We later found out that those spots were being kept for the work trucks bringing items in and out of the hotel"

"We did not eat breakfast at the location because it was not complimentary. We were disappointed that they didn't even offer complimentary coffee."

"The view was perfect. The pools were perfect, the shallow kiddy pool was great for my toddler and baby. The parking was super easy, never had an issue with that. Check-in was easy.The kitchen could use some newer pots & pans. The fry pans had a lot of the non-stick surface flaking off. Thankfully we had packed one of our own because this is a common issue at VRBOs. Another minor issue was that that beds were incredibly noisy. Made it hard to put a baby to sleep then try to quietly get into bed without waking her up.Lastly, it could use a thorough cleaning. The HVAC vents were black in most of the rooms and my kids feet were black from running around without socks on. Overall, it wasn't filthy, but could use some elbow grease to get it cleaner.Overall, happy with the stay and the price point. "

"Spacious condo with exceptional Gulf view from the beachfront patio. Kitchen and bar are well stocked with appliances & utensils. Hot tub is in great working order, very clean, and monitored daily for appropriate pH levels, and our host was readily available if needed (although we didn’t.) Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be a repeat customer!"

"The place was definitely older than the condominiums  surrounding us, however, it was a great little place that was clean and the beach was easy accessible. We had a great time with our family of 7. I would absolutely come back and stay here at Tidewater again! Parking was great, staff was amazing and the beach views were unbelievable !"

"Long weekend trip for birthday celebration. Condo was clean and spacious . Tastefully decorated. All beds were comfortable. View from balcony was spectacular! Thoroughly enjoyed!"
