5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Saint Simons Island property! The home was incredibly spacious—everyone in our group had their own room, which made for such a relaxing and comfortable experience. The place was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and we were immediately impressed with how well-maintained everything was.One of the highlights was the amazing porches off of every bedroom—such a peaceful way to start and end each day. And the proximity to the beach simply can’t be beat. It was just a short, easy walk, which made it so convenient to go back and forth with kids and beach gear.We’ve stayed in many places over the years, but this one truly stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect stay on Saint Simons!

Love St Simons

House was as advertised. Lot of steps but there is an elevator. Living room furniture very uncomfortable. Great location to the beach. Having bath in each bedroom was great. In all, nice house.

Relaxing time with family at the beach

Five minute walk to the beach on a quiet street and convenient to everything on the island. The unit is very spacious and with three stories there is a lot of privacy. Owners were responsive and quick resolve an AC issue.

Great week at the beach!

Great location, lots of room, lots of windows, comfortable beds, thermostat for each floor, and owners extremely accommodating. Owners had stated to reach out if there was absolutely anything we needed -- so, when I found the blender was not operable and I had purchased a ton of fruit for smoothies...I reached out..and was extremely delighted with Jordon's quick response. A new blender was delivered the very next morning!! Smoothie queen was back in business. :).

Great Place

Brought my daughter down for a last minute birthday trip. This rental is perfect. Super close to beach, very nice and safe neighborhood. We had no issues with the A/C (was 71 when we came in and worked no problem the whole time), so not sure what that review was about. All-in-all would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay near the beach!

East Beach Townhome

Overall this townhome was perfect for my family vacation with my two adult children and their spouses. I loved that we all had our own space and bathrooms. The kitchen was large and was able to accommodate making meals. The family room was comfortable. Unfortunately the closest beach access was underwater thanks to most recent back to back hurricanes but it was just a short walk to large public access with nice walkway to beach. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come to St Simons.

Fantastic location and gorgeous condo!

This beautiful condo exceeded expectations! Super-clean, spacious kitchen, lots of balconies, private suites for everybody, abundance of high-quality towels and blankets, lots of beach chairs, and wagons to pull to the beach (an easy three-minute walk away). Restaurants close by. Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Thank you!

St. Simons Island

The property was beautiful. The clean, open design with multiple levels was very comfortable. The living area was perfect for a getaway space and the kitchen was more than ample. The main bedroom was also perfect for a good night's sleep. Parking was easy either in front or behind the unit. The only bump in the check in process was that the code for the front door did not work. We needed to enter through the back via a lockbox. The location was excellent as the beach and multiple restaurants were within walking distance. This was an excellent find.

Spacious, Quiet & Convenient, but a bit tired

We rented this unit for a three night stay in August 2023. Love the convivence of being near East Beach and the neighborhood was extremely quiet while we were there. I appreciated being able to bring my dog - SSI is his favorite place on Earth! We did appreciate the garage full of toys, chairs, etc. The buggy was VERY helpful to get the cooler to the beach. And as is typical with dog friendly rentals, the unit is a bit dated. The master bed was reasonably comfortable. However, the sofa is impossible to get up from because it very deep and very low.

Meh.

Great location. Property is in ok shape for a visit with no real expectations. Needs to be painted and cleaned. Sink and bathrooms need faucets. The air conditioning on the main floor could not keep the temp at 74 degrees the whole time we were there. However, the upstairs was fine with the air conditioning keeping up with the settings selected. If you stay at this place be ready to climb stairs everywhere you go inside. The place needs a better maintenance crew coming in to clean. Close to beach access. Nice neighborhood and wonderful beach. Town is very close with great restaurants and quaint little shops.

Enjoyable but some areas need attention

The bedrooms and bathrooms were top notch spacious, clean, and cool with a thermostat for each floor. This space has tons of windows, all with adjustable blinds. Be aware that there are lots of stairs to get to the bedrooms which was not a problem for us but could be for others. We didn't use the laundry room but it had top-notch appliances/was clean. The description states that it is "steps from the beach" but that's not really true, in my opinion. I guess everyone would like you to think that their rental is close to the beach but with the recent storms to this area, we had to walk through an ankle-deep marsh to get to the beach. Things that need minor attention---one of the top floor showers didn't drain appropriately, the kitchen plates, utensils, and frying pans had stuck-on food! I spent nearly 40 minutes cleaning off food before it could be used. We always pre-wash plates and utensils before use but caked on food was disgusting! Maybe this is just something that a woman notices but I did spent time in the kitchen cooking light meals for my family. A vent in the ceiling in the kitchen needs attention. It appeared like mold around it and as a healthcare professional, it concerned me. Please replace the couch, it has a smell and it is one of those that cannot be easily cleaned. I feel that the front door could use a coat of paint (first impressions matter). Overall, it's a great vacation spot and my hope is that you make it even better with my suggestions!
