Sunny Dayz is a newly updated duplex townhome located a few steps to the Myrtle Street Beach Entrance. We are conveniently located close to the Village area and walking distance to some of St. Simons most popular attractions and restaurants. Unit B, has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath and an outdoor shower. Our adorable townhome has been freshly painted and added new furnishings.
THE SPACE Home sleeps 6.
Upstairs is a queen size bedroom (TV) and a hall bathroom with a combo tub/shower. Additional bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with queen size on bottom and single on top. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Downstairs is a half bath at entry, fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 6 and comfortable family room (TV) leading to the fenced in courtyard, with a gas grill and outdoor shower.
Parking for 2 cars.
We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

We loved staying at this home! It was beautiful and perfectly designed for a great time with our kids. We loved the short easy walk to an uncrowded beach! The backyard was a perfect place for the kids to clean off and play after the beach! As we were leaving, our 4 year old asked if we could come back to this house, and we look forward to returning!
We had a great stay at this duplex on SSI. The house is comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed. The location is convenient to the beach—you’re just a block away. We’d love to stay here again. Highly recommend.
We so enjoyed the back yard space, oh the jasmine! We even started growing our own at home! The distance from absolutely everything was perfect. We walked more that week than we have in a while but it was so enjoyable! Hope to get back soon.
This spot was so easy to rent and was accommodating of our two dogs who loved the fenced in backyard! Location was fantastic and we had an amazing experience overall!
