We loved our stay in the very spacious and well-furnished condominium. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. The photos don’t really show the size of the place, and the host was very accommodating.

Location is close to redfern village and is an easy drive to Mallery Street and the pier. Condo was clean, quiet, and the landscaping was attractive. Plenty of parking.

Second Trip
We stayed on the island for our anniversary and came back after Christmas because St. Simon's is unique. We love the salt marshes. The condo was larger than we expected, so the pictures don't do it justice, but in every respect it exceeded our expectations. We don't live in a gated community at home, so the gates and codes were a little obnoxious, but beyond that, everything was great.

Our second time staying here during the last 6 months. A great value! All the amenities we want and need at a low daily rate. We will definitely stay here again. Jacob is a great, accessible host and responds quickly to requests.

Fab Condo that is large and gorgeous
Jacob goes the extra mile with supplies. The condo is much bigger than pictures show you. Easy to access the beach, shops , restaurants and grocery close by. Nice pool and tennis courts. Thank you Nancy for your great response. I have spent so much time and money on those showers. 3-4 years ago we renovated both showers to upgrade and make them much nicer. Unfortunately the contractor we hired dropped the ball and ever since then we have constantly had issues. Just recently we had the glass doors removed and reinstalled because they were not installed properly from the beginning. Now I believe everything should be set and functioning properly.

A great location when visiting Saint Simons Island
We have stayed in a number of VRBO properties on Saint Simons Island while we visit family who live there, but this one is likely our new favorite place to stay. We will try to reserve this property the next time we visit family there. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, and the only dollar store on SSI, and it's close to our family's house. Jacob, the owner and property manager, responds to messages quickly and checks in when necessary.

My friend and I booked the condo for 6 nights. It was clean, very quiet and in a great location (the Winn Dixie was walkable and the beach was a 5 min drive). We went to the pool a couple days instead of the beach since rain was in the forecast. It was a nice size and not busy at all. The couple restaurants we went to in the Winn-Dixie complex were Ember and the Fox Den Pizza. We loved Ember and went there twice! The second time was on Monday night for drinks and apps and played trivia. We had great pizza from Fox on our first night since we were too tired to go back out. Our only suggestion would be to get new beach chairs. They were old and VERY low to the ground. It would have been nice to have the kind that adjusted so you could lay back and had the drink holder attached (just something of better quality). There was an umbrella which really helped on the days we went to the beach, since it was really hot those days, to get out of the sun. We would def stay here again!

First visit to St. Simon Island ~ Really enjoyed the property! Quiet and a great location. Easy to find, good parking. Did not use the pool (too cold). Inside was very large and perfect fit for our week. Everything as listed and in good condition. Loved the small office space as I did have to work :( some. Only note is that the bathtubs are large and may be difficult for someone with mobility issues to climb into. Would absolutely recommend and rent again. Thank You !

Nice condo
The condo was very nice and well equipped and ample room. The owner was very responsive when we had some television issues. In fact he replaced the tv the same day even though he was 3 hours away. The condo is very close to a grocery, fast food options and other eating establishments. The only drawback is that the beach and pier area were not easily walkable so you do need to drive to get to them but both are less than 10 minutes. Neighbors were also very nice. A great place to escape from the cold and find sunshine.

Nice condo. Wonderful neighbors with great information if you are not familiar with St. Simons Island. Wonderful beds and bedding. So many things to do and see and this condo is almost in the center of anywhere you want to go. The owner is very receptive if there is a need. Hope to go back again!

We had a hard time getting into the gate from the start and then had to call the VRBO contact to help figure out how to get in the unit. The access number needs to be simplified.

The location of the property is great. Not far from all of the stuff to do but not so close there is constant traffic and congestion. Also a great condo to stay in with the family.

St Simons getaway a little lacking
We had a slight glitch getting in to property with the gate code which was provided was incorrect—the host did respond with a new code. Overall, the property was nice and met our needs. One negative that should be addressed for future guests was a bad smell (?urine) as you walk back to master suite. It would also be nice to have a couple standard size beach chairs available, especially for anyone flying in to the area.

The neighborhood changes the gate code intermittently. If you checked the gate code at booking time, it may have changed by your arrival date. This is for guest safety and security. Please check the website for current details or contact us and we would be happy to help. We currently only have small beach chairs available because the standard size beach chairs we had were not put back into the condo by previous guests. We will consider replacement based on your feedback. We have also addressed the smell with the cleaner as we were unaware of any issues during your stay. A touch of paradise
This condo was very nice. It was decorated great. The master bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of pots and pans, and even Fiesta dishes. It is quiet and relaxing. We plan to come back again. We really loved this condo. Great neighbors also.

The spacious, super clean and nicely appointed condo is surrounded by lush, manicured grounds. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Great location from which to explore the places Eugenia Price writes about in her Saint Simon trilogy.

Good location close to Gnat's Landing and other restaurants. It was tricky to find the unit with the directions given. This place was much quieter and roomier than the Village Inn and Pub, where we've stayed before.

Beautiful Condo in St Simons
This condo is spacious, clean, beautifully furnished and so comfortable in a quiet area. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again when in the area. One thing to note--the address provided by the owner is a little misleading. Be sure you read all the instructions. I just put the address in the GPS and it didn't quite take me far enough; then when I read ALL the instructions we found it with no problem.

Great Location!
This condo has a wonderful location —- McDonalds, Winn-Dixie and more very nearby. The condo itself was comfortable for our 4 day stay. The kitchen has new quartz, my Hubbie was impressed with the coffeemaker! Bathrooms were very adequate with great water pressure in the shower. We enjoyed riding our bikes around the island to explore it. Our favorite restaurant was “Fiddlers”, which we ate at twice during our stay and Porch for lunch. We’ll have to return to try out more of what the island has to offer! P.S. the neighbors were all very helpful in giving us advice where to go and the pool was clean and in the early morning hours very empty! Luckily the weather was wonderful for these 4 days!

1st visit to SSI
This property is in a gated, well lit, quiet area. Very appealing after a 20 hour drive. All the guests and neighbors were extremely friendly. Condo 6 is on the 2nd floor so no overhead noise. Everything was clean, nice decor and well stocked. We loved having access to a pool, washer and dryer and a 2nd bathroom. (Our only tip would be an improved mattress for the pullout) Beaches are an easy 5-10 minute commute. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance if you don' t care to drive. Mellow Mushroom had great pizza. Host Jacob was quick to answer any of our questions and always helpful. We hope to return to the condo and island one day.
