We highly recommend you catch the Sassy Peach spirit and get transported to relaxing Island time. Wake up and enjoy breakfast on your private porch. Stroll over to the beaches, pier or Neptune park under the canopy of the Spanish moss covered live oaks. You and your friends can enjoy splashing in the heated pool. Or mosey over to nearby beaches. In the evening, walk over to one of the Village’s many fine eateries or put everyone to work in the huge fully equipped kitchen, cooking up Low Country Boil for the entire clan! For dessert hop and skip over to Moo Cow, the best ice cream on the island, just a stone’s throw away.

Sassy Peach Cottage melds charm and space: 5 Bedroom/5 Bathroom (featuring two master suites), gourmet kitchen, amazing great room where the whole family can gather. There is also plenty of space for separate activities, send the kids to the 3rd story suite. The third floor suite has a family room with TV/fridge/microwave/games. All three levels boast private porches with ceiling fans. It is sooooo easy to relax, slow down and smell the azaleas on Island time.

What is "Island Time," you might be thinking. Island Time is that that singular wink in time when your soul knows paradise is found. You know you’ve (inexorably and for the moment) left the rat race behind. You wake up to the soothing sounds of the surf and birds singing, rather than at the shrill shriek of an alarm clock. On Island Time everything is more vivid: food tastes better, laughs ring heartier, and time slows down to an enjoyable molasses-like drip, drip, drip. Perfect relaxing vacation

Sassy Peach has become our go to for a friends' getaway. Perfect size accommodations and location. Very walkable area to the Village and the beach. The pool is the icing on the cake.

Lovely home in walking distance to town

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Plenty of room to enjoy family but also many private spaces to decompress. The home is a short walk to the beach or town, we rarely used our car after arriving. The home was very clean with comfortable furniture and bedding. The host was very accommodating when we needed to short dates due to severe weather.

Fabulous house & location!

We were in SSI for our annual girl's trip. This house was perfect and fit our needs (each person got their own room), the beds were comfortable, most import to me! The location was even better... just park your car and walk.

Perfect fit!

This house was the perfect fit for our family. With 3 stories we each had a floor to ourselves which was perfect when little ones needed space for a nap, keeping bedtime routines for each family or just a little separation from the group. But it also provided a huge open kitchen & living room area for ALL of us to gather. The bonus of having a pool provided hours of fun time! The location of the house was close enough that we mostly walked to both the ocean and the pier, not to mention all the shops and restaurants along the way. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Vacation

This was our first time to SSI. Our family loved the house and the pool. The location was close to the beach and the Village. The host was extremely thoughtful and attentive. We were there when Helene hit and the host reached out several times to make sure we were ok. Overall great vacation and highly recommend. time to

Friends weekend getaway

Our group of longtime friends chose the Sassy Peach Cottage as our destination this fall. The property was so well situated within the village, and it fit all of us with ease. We had three young children with us, and they absolutely loved the pool, the games and puzzles available for us to use, and the spiral staircase! If we return to St. Simon's in the future, we'll return to the Sassy Peach as well.

The house is clean and roomy. Lots of space to stay close and hang out or spread out. We were excited to find out the pool was salt filtered due to a chlorine allergy in the group. We had a great time and loved our stay!

The Perfect Place
