Pet Friendly duplex in the heart of the Village!

  • This is a wonderful duplex style home in the heart of the St. Simons Village for the budget minded. Located at 510 Magnolia, very convenient to shops, restaurants, pier, lighthouse, and Mallory Park.

    Very private, fully fenced yard with outdoor screened in gazebo as well as other outdoor seating and small grill. This is attached to 510 Magnolia A.

    Features include two bedrooms, one bath, and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area. Please note, there is no dishwasher.

    This residence will accept pets for a $150 non-refundable fee.

    Please note: This property provides streaming TV only.

    510 Magnolia is located within 0.30 miles of tide contingent beach access.

    Bedding Includes: 1 Queen, 2 Full Beds
