THE SPACE St. Simons is known best for our casual laid-back lifestyle and the friendly people. Kick off your shoes, put on the flip flops and coast a while in our home away from home at Harbour Oaks, #214. Short term stays and longer terms available.
We offer you accommodations for up to 8-people. The layout is:
Primary - King Bed with 40" TV, En Suite Bathroom with single sink, shower and walk in closet Guest bedroom at end of hall- King Bed with 40" TV Guest bedroom in the front - 2 Twin Single with 40" TV Pull out Queen Sofa bed in sunroom. Open living room to kitchen, dining and sunroom. Living room has a 50" TV. Fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig Single Serve coffee maker, toaster, Toaster oven, Pots and Pans. Sorry, no grill. The HOA will not allow it.
A washer and dryer have been provided for your use along with an iron and ironing board.
This is an upstairs all one level condo. There is one assigned parking space which is numbered. Overflow parking is easily found in this community.
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

For the past few years, we have stayed at Harbor Oaks to spend time with family living in the Golden Isles area. We have so much fun gathering for late December BDs, football games on TV… and of course New Year’s Eve. Accommodations are clean, comfy and convenient to the pier and restaurants. We usually walk everywhere from the condo!
Great property. Well decorated and appointed. Cleans and fresh. Very spacious living area with nice light and views. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants.
We absolutely loved staying here. The location is close enough to town that we could walk but far enough away we didn't hear anything at night. We also used the community pool once or twice.
Great location and adorably decorated unit. It was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and management was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again sometime 😊

214 Harbour Oaks is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well-equipped, including nice toiletries and kitchen supplies. Harbour Oaks is an excellent location - walking distance to the Village, Pier, beach, restaurants and parks.
