Original island cottage 3 bedroom well maintained

This cute island cottage built in the 1940s has an open floor plan with two screened in porches and is on the south end of St. Simons. Easy walk or bike ride to the village. Home has 3 large bedrooms one with king, one with queen and one with a full size bed. Two of the bedrooms have access to their own screened porch. Large fenced in yard too! Well maintained original cottage!

Nice quiet friendly neighborhood.

We love the property because is close to the beach ,restaurants the pier it is only 18 minutes away from the house we loved!! the house was really cozy we had a grate vacation
