    THE SPACE
    Enjoy the ocean breezes on the private balcony located off the family room and master bedroom. There is a private beach access for North Breakers Guests, where the beach is always available regardless of the tide.

    Our home consists of a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, hall bathroom with combination tub/shower, master with a king size bed, with shower only and access to the covered patio/balcony, a sleeper sofa in the family room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining for 6 guests.

    North Breakers is a gated community with a private boardwalk to the beach, ocean front pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. There is covered parking in the garage below with plenty of guest parking.

    Starter supply of products to include:
    Paper Towels
    Toilet Paper
    Hotel quality soaps and shampoo products
    Dish and laundry detergents
    Hair dryers
    Towels and Linens
    Basic cooking and kitchenware

    We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

    Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.

    Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

    No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

    Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

    No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Great stay at St. Simon’s Island!

The condo needs a refresh and the queen bed should be replaced. Sleeping quality is terrible. On the other hand, the location is terrific.

It’s a great place!

The only issue we had is they sent the wrong gate code to get into the property. It took about 30 minutes to figure it out after contacting the number on the key pad for vehicle entry.

Wonderful Property

All was great! Clean! Friendly! Great location! If I had to say something the microwave was to close to the stove. It made it difficult to use the back burners. Looks like the microwave was to big for the space.

Pretty much a no frills rental. The beach access was not nearly what we expected, in fact because of some construction next door we had to walk about a half of a mile down to the East Beach entrance at First Street. There is a path to a closer beach, however you can’t really pull a beach wagon through it because it is narrow and grown over. The condo was very austere, and had very basic supplies. The bed in the master is in dire need of a new mattress. Very nice pool area, otherwise not much else to the property grounds. We also had to park outside during our stay because someone else was parked in the designated covered garage space and never moved while we were there. It does have good proximity to many excellent restaurants and several within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would certainly upgrade to a nicer unit if we visit again.

Quiet beachside condo

We loved the condo! It has a well equipped kitchen with great appliances. Full-size washer and dryer were a pleasant surprise. Very tasteful decor. Definitely would rent again. FYI The depth of the beach is considerably larger than any Florida beaches that we have visited so it was a long walk with an infant and all his gear. Not overcrowded though and wonderful packed sand once you get to the water!
