All new appliances, new TVs, modern touches and upgrades (air fryer oven, water softener, apron front farm/commercial sink, coffee bar w/ Keurig and iced coffee maker), were made in this quaint unit with quick access to nearly all of the island’s amenities, sites and indulgences! Direct entry and exit (not shared with other units) and a private deck/balcony. Explore the historical landmarks, bike and walk the vast network of pathways to parks, national monuments and of course- the beach! The unit is 3 miles from the beachfront. Looking for local cuisine? Saint Simons Island has a variety- southern soul food, fresh caught seafood, pizza pies, breakfast bistros and more! The shopping district offers unique and creative clothing and home decor options. Relax and enjoy one of our local spas! So much to explore and this bungalow location is great spot to start the journey and return for a dip in the pool, a quiet reflection on the deck or game night with your family and friends. This unit is a two story, 1.5 bath, two bedroom property with approximately 8 stairs to the second level where bedrooms can accommodate up to 4-5 people comfortably and is perfectly located just short drive or bike to the beach. Situated in a pet friendly community, with onsite amenities and supplies for well-behaved pets available for a reasonable non-refundable pet fee. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip all used beds (leaving the mattress covers in place) and place dirty linens into the baskets in the hall. The same process for dirty towels. There are separate bins for each.
Please gather all trash, place in bags (no loose trash) and place into the large black trash bin located outside and please pull the outside trash can to the edge of the parking space for pickup.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Trash - please gather all trash and place in a plastic bag before depositing in the outside receptacle. No loose trash should be put in outside can.
If your stay includes Sunday, place the trash bin at the end of parking space. Please place the bin on Sunday evening for pick up Monday early am.
No use of fire pits, outdoor grills (gas or charcoal) is allowed. This is against our HOA covenants. Grills are located at some local parks.
