  • Welcome to our lakefront home located in the heart of Saint Simons Island. Designed for comfort, convenience, and coastal living, this 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home is ideal for families, or large groups visiting the island. Step outside and unwind on your private dock overlooking the lake, complete with a fire pit- perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Take the kayak out on the water, or explore the island with your golf cart. You're just a quick 8-minute drive to the beach, and then you can rinse off the sand with our outdoor shower and foot spray, giving you the best of both peaceful lakefront living and easy coastal access. Our home includes everything one would need to cook and entertain, an indoor washer and drier, and bath essentials. There is NO SMOKING inside the house.
