Fun Family Getaway

Home away from home experience for our family. We had everything we could have needed in this well decorated and furnished multi-living spaced house in a peaceful neighborhood in St. Simon's Island.

Great Family Vacation

Overall, this property is great for a large group, great quiet neighborhood! Very clean and spacious! The only thing that would make it better would be if it was closer to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely consider booking this property again if we return to Saint Simons.

A Great Stay

The property was just as described, and just what we were looking for. We were in town to attend a conference at Sea Palms and were literally 5 minutes away. The location couldn't have been better. Plenty of room, plenty of privacy and everything we needed!

Dog friendly

Great house, neighborhood, lots of space and very dog friendly… lovely fenced yard. Our dog loves the ocean so every year our family tries to stay a few days after Labor Day when dogs are allowed on the beach during the day. It’s a great getaway!

Dog friendly

This is our second stay at this house. Our family and dog love the space, location, dog amenities, and large back yard. We go after Labor Day so our dog can go on the beach during the day - she loves the water. This time the weather was not great but still a very relaxing stay!

Very spacious and comfortable

The property was awesome! It was clean and spacious. We ended up only having 4 people, but it can easily sleep 11. It would be great for a family. There were no checkout instructions, so we were confused on whether we needed to strip beds/pull towels/trash. We left it clean, so we’re hoping that’s the standard for checkout. There were a few structural issues that pre-existed our stay that should be fixed: gutters were overflowing, one of the trash cans was broken in the kitchen, the upstairs bath didn’t drain well, and the toilet paper holder was disconnected from the wall. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!

House was huge- plenty of room for our family of 9. Definitely appreciated having the washer & dryer!!! Back yard is fully fenced in for your 4 legged friends with room for them to run around. Grill with lots of seats to sit outside. Whoever was in charge of getting ahold of us & texting us back was very good at responding. In a quiet neighborhood…felt safe & inviting. Easy to get around the island & they had very helpful ideas of the beaches to go to & places to eat. Love the guestbook guide. We hit every single beach they wrote about.

House was fine for what I needed, however most of house is carpeted and had many bad stains in the carpet. Not sure if this is a commonly rented house for UGA/FLA weekend but the stains were a bit out of control. Otherwise the house is great and location is great!

Weekend Golf Trip

This property is awesome! Me and 3 friends stayed for a weekend to play in a golf tournament. The house is beautiful, well stocked, wifi is great, smart tv has every streaming service you may need. Super quaint neighborhood, 10 minute stroll to bars and restaurants. 10 minute drive to Plantation, Seaside and Retreat courses. Will definitely be staying here again!

Awesome and Quiet

This was one beautiful place to stay!, Roomy and a fenced in yard. Neighborhood was quiet and scenic. The kitchen was a dream . Only downfall was the kitchen wasn"t equipped with much kitchenware. Could use a few things! I would stay there again!
