THE SPACE Step inside, you'll find a beautifully appointed living space, complete with modern amenities and stylish decor that reflects the serene beach atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary adventures, while the cozy living area invites you to unwind after a day of sun-soaked fun. Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and the outdoor decks are located on the 3rd level with a common space TV room.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
