Beach Air -optional BIKES-Pool-Walk 2 Pier Village

This modern 1 bedroom condo has many upgrades. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops restaurants, & beach. U can easily walk 2 Pier Village & other entertainment. Living Room has a King & separated from the bunk area and kitchenette. Unit comes w/ new furnishings. Has washer/dryer, Keurig coffee make, reliable WiFi. Located in a gated community with oversized balcony and great pool. USAGE OF 2 BIKES for additional fee. Sorry, NO PETS. See house rules

This is a studio apartment concerned into a 1 br. therefore, the living room and bedroom are the same, but are with a door to the rest of the unit. See pics

*Usage of 2 Bike during your entire trip: $20
*Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

Anniversary trip

I love that it was close to everything. It was nice and quiet. The bed was so comfortable. We also loved the terrace, where we had breakfast most mornings. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect vacation spot!

We were in town for a wedding and this condo was the perfect spot for our first time visiting St. Simons Island! Central location with bikes available that made it easy to travel into the village. Also several walkable restaurants and beach access within a mile. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great property for location and value

I have stayed all over the island over the years and I would highly recommend this property. The location is perfect for beach and pier village. The condo was clean and well maintained. The communication with the host was always fast and detailed. I would stay here again.

Honeymoon was sweeter than honey

My Costa Rican wife and I had a really nice time and enjoyed the proximity of the condo to the downtown area of St. Simons. We rarely encountered people and enjoyed the spacious accommodations of the unit.

Relaxing and quiet. The pool was refreshing and clean. The room is very clean and attractive and the door code added to the ease of coming and going. Mattress was very comfortable and the bath is very roomy. We had a wonderful time!!

A gem

My husband and I were visiting for a wedding and this was perfect for us.. It is close to the beach and pier, and far enough away that we were not bothered by the crowds or traffic.

Terrific location and super comfortable

This is a great property. It’s centrally located for driving, walking or taking a Lyft. The property is bright, clean and quiet (it’s at the end of the floor with a corner balcony). The complex has a beautiful swimming pool. My friends and I stayed for a girls’ weekend and were so happy with the accommodations. Definitely plan to return again soon!

Great weekend getaway

This condo was great for a weekend getaway. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The host was very communicative and made sure we had all we needed to have a nice time. The condo was described accurately, clean, and nicely decorated. We liked the pool at the complex and the use of bikes provided by the host. We had a fun weekend! Will definitely be back.

Mini vacation

Really enjoyed the place. It’s on me but I thought there was also living room space but it’s just the bedroom/kitchen area. It worked though because it was just us. The bathroom was nice and big. It was quiet since we were there during the week and pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Nice big fridge in the utility room and mini one in kitchen. Bed was super comfy! Enjoyed our stay!

Bikes were a plus!

A friend and I stayed at this location for for a small get away. The owner was very diligent in communicating with us and letting us know if we needed anything to let him know. The owner included island recommendations as well as videos on where to park as well as how to get the property which were helpful. We chose this specific VRBO because bikes were included and it was definitely a plus. We used them daily as we biked to restaurants and the pier which were all within 10 minute biking distances. I would recommend this location to anyone needing somewhere to stay.

Good week

Good communication with the property owner/manager. Property was clean. Location from downtown and the beach was great. The one downside of our unit was the view of the trash receptacles and dumpster. In addition trash day was very loud before daylight. By the end of the week, the garage smell made it so we could not open the sliding door for fresh air at night.
