Wow, this place is wonderful! The kitchen is huge for a rental with plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. The family room is very comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms are nice and set up for a friend's trip or a families vacation. The location is wonderful as well a lot of things close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Spot

Excellent stay at the townhouse that was Quiet and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Central and Close to all places on the island. Neighborhood has a pool, but we did not use it and easy walking the dog.

Great Getaway

The home is much larger than the photos convey. The location is very close to shops/restaurants and a quick drive to the beach. We’ve been coming to St Simons for years, and we really enjoyed our time here! Great place if you have more family and enjoy time together.

I absolutely loved staying at this beautifully appointed condo on St. Simons. The host provided everything needed for a perfect stay. The condo was immaculate and located in a central location that was close enough to grocery stores, the beach, and restaurants. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Wonderful Townhome

We had an excellent experience at Jennifer's townhome! The kids loved having their own rooms. It was a very short walk to the pool and a short drive to the beach! Very close to a grocery store, restaurants, & a movie theater. Also not too bad of a drive to Brunswick for more restaurants. A great place to bring our dog with her own bed & bowls for water and food. Jennifer had plenty of beach chairs and beach towels so that was one less thing we had to pack! Thanks for a nice place to stay!

Awesome Thanksgiving stay

We were here with our family for Thanksgiving. The house is extremely clean, modern, spacious and perfectly stocked for anything you would need. All 3 beds are extremely comfortable. We rent on Saint Simons multiple times each year and this property is way above the normal standard of vacation rentals. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Great Stay

Our host thought of everything for our beach stay at St. Simons Island. From a wonderful welcome basket to brand new beach chairs for the whole family, there were plenty of thoughtful niceties that the owner certainly did not have to include, but went above and beyond to do so. The condo is located in a great area that is a short drive to the beach and to restaurants/shopping. The condo itself is beautiful! Very clean and welcoming for our family. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

This is a great Condo to stay at. It is clean and has lots of room, lots of towels and anything you need in the kitchen. The house is so spacious and clean, and had everything we needed! We loved it here, would stay again for sure! FYI, in townhomes like these, fire alarms are connected for the whole block! So if one gets set off, the firemen have to come and turn it off. It was very disorienting but the neighbors were very nice and explained!

We loved our stay with pups at Salty Paws!

From the moment we walked in and were welcomed with the dog bowl station, our stay was amazing! Your host, Jennifer has thought of everything to make your island stay perfect! Thank you for the lovely beach chairs, umbrella, huge beach towels and even a cart to haul it all to the beach. The rental is outfitted with a plentiful supply of towels, paper products and a well equipped kitchen complete with all the necessary coffee supplies to get you going! We ate in a few nights, grilled one night and celebrated our last night with Wild Georgia Shrimp in a Low Country Boil! We loved Salty Paws!

Great spot close to everything

This home was the perfect "home base" for myself and 2 others who were in town for a conference. It was close to everything but easy to get to. Grocery stores and restaurants were an easy drive, as were the coast and the downtown shopping area. The home itself gave us plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. The big table and well-appointed kitchen were noted, but we did not use them, as there were so many great dining options already in SSI. The property owner, Jennifer, was very responsive via text to answer questions and provide check-in information. 3 adults stayed in 3 rooms and all reports were the beds were comfortable, the water pressure was excellent in the showers, and we slept well and enjoyed our downtime after the conference each night. Would be happy to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself
