"Beautifully decorated and very clean room with a comfortable bed and living area. Right in the middle of restaurants and bars but still quiet in the room. Excellent breakfast buffet. "
"This is a wonderful family owned and operated hotel. I really enjoyed my time here and Igor (the owner) and his family made me feel right at home with their amazing hospitality. Great location, just a short 5 minute walk to the beach! I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Budva!"
"This is a nice hotel that’s about a half hour walk from the old town. The pool was very welcome, as it was nicely maintained, quiet, and a great place to cool off after a hot day of walking around the town. The staff was consistently good. "
"The accommodations was ok and bedding were dirty. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located on a very narrow side street. It's a 6-minute walk to the beach."
"We appreciated the convenient parking garage. The room was spacious & immaculate. Old Town Budva was a short walking distance. We also enjoyed the pool. The staff was gracious & helpful both at check in & when we left early in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Budva."
"The hotel is beautifully designed with lots of plants about. The staff was wonderfully attentive and accommodating. I left feeling like we should’ve planned for more than 3 days in Montenegro keeping Hotel Tate as our home base."

"Great hotel, great location, right by old town and all the beaches and restaurants. Very well appointed and modern with all necessary facilities and amenities. Very helpful staff. Exceptionally clean. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was wonderful and the severs were super friendly.
There is an on sight restaurant which seemed nice, but we never got to eat there, as the staff was rather rude and unaccommodating, despite the fact that we were staying there, and the restaurant was empty at the time, which is my only complaint about the establishment. "
"My partner and I stayed here for a 5 night trip. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. The pool area is lovely and we often had the terrace and pool to ourselves. Breakfast was delicious and the dining space is great too. The hotel is only a short walk to the old town and beaches. I would highly recommend if you are staying in Budva."
"This hotel is just about a year old, so everything still feels brand new. It has a sleek, high-tech vibe—from the doors and knobs to the modern bathroom/shower design and even the TV and remote, which my kids especially enjoyed.
We booked a suite since there were four of us, and it was very spacious with a balcony that offered a lovely view.
The staff were warm and accommodating—Angela checked us in and assisted us throughout our stay, and both Dušan (the GM) and Nikola at the front desk were equally helpful.
There’s a convenience store right across the street that had everything we needed—from wine to milk.
Breakfast was complimentary and decent (I loved the home-made pie!), but on the day we checked out early, they thoughtfully packed sandwiches and fruit for us to take with us.
The rooftop pool with city views is a great feature. We visited briefly but didn’t get a chance to swim since it closes at 8 p.m. and tends to be a popular hangout spot.
The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk to the Old Town and nearby beaches. Taxis are easy to get if you prefer not to walk, but I recommend strolling—there are lots of charming little shops, restaurants, and food kiosks you’d otherwise miss by car.
