"Very comfortable place to stay in a great part of St. Pete. Came for a country festival, didn’t realize I booked a place so colorful. But was treated with the utmost respect, and truly enjoyed my stay. "

"This is a cheap motel but priced the same as much nicer Hampton Inn. I did not feel safe staying here and it was dirty and desperately needed renovations. The neighborhood is surrounded by smoke shops. Booked 2 nights. Forfeited my refund for one night and booked another place. This needs to be priced like a motel - yuck! "

"DO NOT STAY HERE! The good reviews for this property definitely had to have been done by the staff most likely the front office person Melissa. This place has roaches. They had a rat trap sitting on top of a table in the kitchen area. There’s homeless people hanging around the people that were staying there look like people that just came off the street this place was disgusting. Do yourself a favor. Do not stay here."

"Clean room, bed and pillows are very comfortable. Less than 10 min walk to pier (came for an event there). Limited self parking & valet parking (ran out on both), after I valeted, the very next person was told no more spots."

"We were in town for an event and stayed one night. Didn't check out all amenities or restaurant but the room was clean, bed /pillows were comfortable. Location was great restaurants, shopping in walking distance. Staff was friendly. The hotel offers valet parking $42, but there's 24hr parking garage directly across street..."
