"I was a little disappointed in the quality of this hotel given the extremely high cost to stay there. Two of the three elevators were not working during our stay and they had the stairwell blocked off. So we had no choice but to wait in a long line to get into the one working elevator after coming back from a long day. The elevator wait times were too long. I was also disappointed there was no fan in my room's bathroom. The bathroom was very small and got very steamy/foggy when running the shower due to no fan exhaust fan in there. The pool was also not as nice as in the pictures. "

"Clean big comfortable room with good breakfast! Near downtown St Pete. Thin walls, we could hear people speaking in the room next door. With that said we would stay here again if in the area in the near future. "

"St. Pete is a beautiful city. Property was conveniently located 10 minute walk from St. Pete Pier. The staff was very accommodating. They made a great recommendation where to visit while in town."

"Do not stay at this hotel We reported what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom of our room, which is a significant health concern, especially for a pregnant asthmatic. The only action taken by the staff was to have housekeeping wipe the area, which did not address the underlying issue or provide any reassurance of safety. The only other option offered was to switch rooms after 4pm the night before our check-out which is unacceptable, inconvenient and would not resolve the disruption to our stay. We made multiple attempts—two in person, four via telephone, and twice by email—to escalate this matter and requested to speak with a supervisor, but unfortunately, no one has returned our calls or followed up with us. This lack of response has been extremely disappointing. We are extremely disappointed considering the unresolved health concern, inconvenience, and lack of proper/ANY customer service. "

"It's an old hotel in the heart of St. Pete's so with that in mind I realize that it has it's quirks. But we had no hot water the whole time we were there. Just be aware. "
