Reviewer Comments: Everything was very good, but was very disappointed that the floor was not clean. I took my slippers to the office to show them they were black after wearing them a day after our arrival. The floor needed a deep clean, not a wet mop. If I owned it, I would have scrubbed it on my hands and knees. It’s not a large floor..this should have been done. Their response was to put a bucket at our front door for us to clean it. Are u kidding? We found the sofa and pillows on the sofa uncomfortable. The outside pool and chairs were very nice, as was the pickleball court.

Reviewer Comments: This unit is a 2 week rental, I only needed 11 days but paid for 14... staff are not really accommodating when it comes to booking units.For what I paid , I feel I overpaid!!Outdoor patio furniture for living room- way to uncomfortable, beds were like laying on the springs and pillows definitely need replacing like sheets of paper. New fridge but the noice when it makes ice thru the night sounds like thunder and you can’t turn it off..Cleaning crew needs a refresher course , it’s not about what is left behind that they can collect!!!!It’s a hit or miss when renting units.....

Very nice, clean, comfortable place

I stayed at this property with my wife and 18-year-old son over New Years 2021. We really enjoyed our stay here. The check-in process was very easy, and the property manager was very friendly. All information for our stay was provided in advance, so we knew exactly what to expect. The property was very clean and very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the pillows were nice and thick (the way I like them!). The master ensuite bathroom was decent - one sink with a large counter for all of your things. The only thing I didn't like about the master bath was that the TP holder was very low on the wall next to the toilet, making it very difficult to get TP. A few more towels and wash cloths would be nice, although I understand that they have issues with theft. The 2nd bathroom didn't have this issue; having two full baths is a very big plus. The kitchen is decent, with most dishes & cookware provided. A couple of spatulas, cookie sheet, and pizza cutter would have been useful. The living room is comfortable, and there are plenty of channels on the TV for rainy days. The internet wifi is good enough for streaming videos and such, although my son said it was a bit lacking for gaming - can't expect it to handle that! The patio is nice and large, and affords a very nice view of the intercoastal waters. The sunrise peeks up in the corner of a neighboring building - I was hoping it would come up right over the water but it was still beautiful. The location is ideal on St. Pete Beach. It's right across the street from the Tradewinds Resort, and there are many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There are even grills to use on the property, although we didn't use them. In case anyone is wondering about the condition of the tennis courts, they were in the process of being refinished while we were there and should be looking brand new shortly.
