Cozy Waterfront Home with private dock, and access to the intercoastal waterway.


This is a darling 2 bedroom /2 bath home, sleeps 7. The house is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood between Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. It is on a deep water canal with direct access to the Gulf, no bridges. Bring your own boat or rent ours, a 24' pontoon boat. We also have two paddle boards and two kayaks included in the house rental. Both excellent for flats fishing... Bikes are also complimentary to enjoy the popular (37 mile) Pinellas trail just a block away.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, its own bath, and a private sitting room. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the living room has a queen pull out couch, and a chair and a half with a pull out twin bed. Pac N Play and High chair also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cook top, full oven, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, beverage cooler and dishwasher.
Washer and dryer included and a large pantry to stock up for your family and guests.
Included is a 65” smart flat screen TV and 5g WIFI. We also have added a portable desk and chair for you to set up to work from home.
Screened in porch and large deck overlook the dock and water view. The Deck include a large gas grill and a Green Egg grill.
The location is close to the Pinellas bike trail and Innisbrook golf resort. Plenty of great restaurants locally.

We rent all over Tampa Bay all the time. This house was perfect! Easy uber ride to the best Greek restaurants outside of Greece. The smoothest and quickest boat ride over to Three Rooker Island. Quiet neighborhood. We loved everything about it and would rent again!

Another Wonderful Stay

Property is as stated in the listing. Our family opted in for the Pontoon for our stay and we had a wonderful time here. Tarpon Springs - Sponge Docks Street was a pleasant suprise. We also enjoyed Honeymoon Island several mornings finding several keepers of shells.

Perfect Vacation to Relax and Unwind

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was gorgeous and fully stocked for our needs. The location was perfect for relaxing on the dock or island hopping to some of the area's most beautiful beaches. We had a minor hiccup with the pontoon, but the property owners were quick to communicate and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Thank you so much for a terrific vacation!

Great spot for a family trip nice house we enjoyed staying here. We fished off dock caught different species of fish,l we saw one dolphin accross canal. We rented the pontoon boat had two wonderful days boating easy out of canal into channel. We saw two large stingrays ate lunch and fished for a few hours. The kayaks were fun too.

Very nice mid century home (with cool original terrazzo floor), great screened in patio and decks down to the channel. Very comfortable and clean. Nice views and well situated in a quiet neighborhood close to both Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. Easygoing and responsive hosts.

Very peaceful and calm. It was almost like we were the only people on the whole street. Only sign of life was when the trash bins magically appeared at the curb on trash day. Really nice property, even had a pontoon boat available but unfortunately boating is not my thing but I kind of wished it was after a couple days. Isolated from traffic and noise but just a minute or two to anything you need. Great stay

Beautiful home with wonderful backyard right on the canal and shaded by two large oak trees. Just perfect! Great location for boating, fishing, kayaking or just hanging out on the dock. Very convenient to parks, bike and walking trail, the beach, restaurants and stores. Could not have asked for more!

Excellent stay as usual at Ruth’s place! This was our 4th time renting. We always use the boat and enjoy our time on the water. I do not recommend using it if you are not an experienced boater. We found lots of seashells at the islands and caught a bunch of fish. We were there during scallop season and caught bunches of bay scallops that were delicious. Highly recommend this place! We will definitely be back.

Annual migration south

Delightful house. Very comfortable with a great view of the harbor. We saw dolphins from the back deck along with birds fishing . The highlight of the stay was taking the boat into the gulf to the little island picking up shells. There were also lots of starfish that were really cool.

Perfect Florida Getaway

After a few long days at Disney World, this property is just what our family needed. A quiet street with direct dock access to the canal, our family loved spending time on the outdoor deck watching dolphins swim by. Very close to the sponge docks, local beaches and shopping, it is the perfect basecamp for a Gulf vacation. Ruth is a very responsive and kind host, with prompt and clear communication. Lovely Home - Would stay again!

We were in town for the Valspar PGA tournament and this home suited our needs perfectly. Wish we could have spent more time at the home because it has a peaceful view of the water and a family boat. But our trip was quick and we were at the golf course for most of the day. The beds were comfortable and it has a nice living room area that overlooks the water. My daughter and I had a nice morning run on the nearby community trail. The neighborhood felt safe and there are nice restaurants in the area. Great communication with the owner/manager. An all around great weekend!

Everything we were looking for!

My husband and I were looking for a place to work remotely for a couple of weeks in January, where we could also do some biking. This was the perfect spot! Plenty of space and privacy for both of us to get our work done, with easy access to the Pinellas trail for a ride at the end of the day. Ruth was a wonderful host, very responsive from the day we booked through the last day of our stay. And her property is charming -- clean and comfortably furnished, with everything we needed, plus a lovely view of the canal and lots of windows. Top notch!

Beautiful

This property was beautiful the view was tranquil and quite. it was nice to be able to use the boat. Ruth was very kind and always responded to my chat. The neighbors were very friendly and sat and talked with us. Everything was clean and there was notes telling us how to use things that was extremely helpful. There is also a helpful hand book for the boat and house that I enjoyed reading as well. I will definitely be back everything was perfect.
