Gorgeous 2nd floor views of the water, beautifully decorated with a pool table in a family friendly neighborhood all makes for the perfect beach vacation. Tie your boat up on the dock! Have your morning coffee on the water or enjoy a waterfront BBQ on our grill.

*Pet-friendly. The pet fee is $195 for your first 3 nights plus an additional $25 per night there after.

This is a family friendly neighborhood within walking distance to many local restaurants, shop, pubs, and 3 minutes from the BEACH!
You will have access to the entire 2nd floor space, including the backyard which sits on the intracoastal. We provide you with a BBQ, paddle boards, beach lounge chairs, and an amazing view of the water. Our guests see dolphins every day!
This unit is the entire 2nd story of a 4 unit home, directly on the intracoastal. It has been recently renovated and is in the middle of a family friendly, very relaxed neighborhood. It is less than 2 blocks to beach access at Indian Rocks Beach, and we provide a beach buggy, beach towels, beach umbrellas, a cooler, and beach chairs. There are 3, 32 inch TVs, all with Roku- in the living room, master bedroom, and 1 of the guest bedrooms. It has been decorated by a local artist with fun and unique decor and murals that are sure to help you create unique picture opportunities.
The easiest way to get around is walking or riding bikes. You can also scooter, go boating, grab an Uber, or rent a golf cart. You can also hop on one of the paddle boards that we provide free to guests.

Clean, comfortable, and beautiful views. This property had everything that we needed to enjoy our vacation right down to umbrellas and beach chairs. My family especially enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing in the bay. Location was great with the bay at the back deck, short walk to the beach, and a tasty bar/grill on the corner. We would definitely stay again!

We had so much fun at our stay. The place was prime location to the beach. The view of the bay was beautiful (not to mention we watched dolphins right from our deck). I would recommend this to anybody looking to stay at Indian Rocks!

The space was perfect for our family. The girls, ages 10 and 12 had never been to the beach. They loved the ocean and the beach cottage. The hosts were incredible to work with, allowing a later departure and help with accessing the property.

Indian Rocks April Vacation

The location is great, very close to the beach. The property was spacious enough for 4 adults and 3 children. We all enjoyed playing pool when relaxing in the condo.

We stayed for 8 days with two families and enjoyed our time. Walkability to restaurants & the beach was fantastic! We were treated to dolphins on the intercostal more than once and loved being able to drop the SUP into the water. Communication with the host was easy and other guests on the property were friendly. Parking was well explained and distance to Tampa or airports was reasonable. Overall, I recommend this property for families or a group of adults looking for a convenient location, epic waterfront access and/or views!

Great location and a house with fun extras.

This property is really fun. The art throughout is a treat. Theyā€™ve created a beachy vibe without being cutesy. They also included some very unique items in the decor that give it a trendy vibe that was a hit with our young adults. Couple notes for families coming from out of town - you can trust the listing when they say the have beach equipment for you. We were able to use a wagon, shovels, umbrellas, and chairs from the house, which really helped us as we didnā€™t want to load up all those things in our van for the long road trip. The only thing ā€˜missingā€™ would be items for smaller kiddos. If youā€™re coming from out of town you may want to pick up a cheap sand toy bundle once at the beach. There were adult life jackets there too, but no kid ones. The house itself was well appointed with a fairly stocked kitchen and grill area. Grocery stores are close.We enjoyed use of the houseā€™s paddleboards in the bay - very nice to be able to just hop in the water right by the house. The beach truly is just a few minutes away. We drove our gear down to the public beach access and sometimes were able to park and other times just dropped stuff off and parked back at the house - it was very easy. We had a few maintenance issues / questions about the house and the hosts were very quick to respond and help us out. They were very attentive. In all, the whole area is still recovering from the devastating hurricanes in 2024 and you can see the efforts of a ton of work being done all around.

Fabulous stay!

We stayed for four days and it was an amazing trip! There is everything you need from kitchen utensils to great air conditioning! The walk to the beach is short and it is a great place, the water is clear and not dirty as well as the sand. The house had great light and is good for a family. There are nearby stores as well so if we ever needed anything it was available to us! Andi and Elise were very attentive and checked if we needed anything before our stay. We didnā€™t have trouble getting in or with the lighting. The beds were very comfortable and the living room is spacious and comfortable. It has an amazing layout and we will definitely be returning. Great house, great view, great vacation.

Quiet, beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay. The house looks remodeled not too long ago so that was nice. Perfect distance from the beach. Having beach supplies there was really helpful. Pool table was a nice touch. The windows and the view is breathtaking! We have seen dolphins couple times. The rail going up the stairs could use some attention, kind of wobbly. The only negative were the family portraits in one of the bedrooms. Not very appropriate for a bedroom. Looks more like a museumā€¦ weird vibeā€¦ otherwise beautiful place to disconnect from the world.
