Waterfront condo with private balcony. Sun All Day!

This smoke and pet free condo was completely refurbished into modern design in 2015. Everything was done, new paint, new furniture, new TVs, kitchenware, beddings and more. From the balcony you have a stunning view over Boca Ciega Bay. There are two rooms, one bedroom and one living room with a bar kitchen and a large private tiled balcony. The bathroom is all tiled, large, clean and spacious. The interior decorating and furnishing is light and spacious in a modern style. Everything is clean and up to date. 4 people easily sleeps here, two in the master bedroom, and two in the robust and modern bed sofa (queen size) in the living room.
AC is quiet and does the job. There is a 110V current in the walls, but most 230V gear will work fine. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer with ice-machine, oven, micro toaster, dishwasher and more. There are two ' flat screen TVs (with USB), a DVD player, blu-ray player, free private Wi-Fi, and a washing machine with dryer. Bedding, linen and towels (and beach towels) are included and you will also find iron, iron board and hair-dryer for your convenience.
Boca Ciega Resort & Marina is a four story building, built in 2006 on the waterline by Long Bayou close to Clearwater Beach FL. It is located in a safe residential neighbourhood close to St. Pete Beach between St. Petersburg and Tampa, FL. It is within walking distance of some of the popular bars and restaurants in the area and within a few minutes drive from some of the popular beaches.
The building has a large Pool area with sunbeds, a heated jacuzzi and a BBQ-area. Next to the pool is a private pier with a sofa at the end you may use if you feel like spotting dolphins.
The condo has a key less door lock system. You will be given a personal code together with the contract.

Baseball tournament getaway

Perfect area in relations to where I needed to be. Very nice condo complex. Good communication with the owner when needed. Check in details were accurate. Very small maintenance items addressed, but nothing that hindered the stay. I would absolutely look to stay in this unit again for my sons next tournament.

The Perfect Place

This was our second year staying here and we already signed up for a third year. The condo is well stocked and very clean. The maintenance guy has the exterior looking perfect. It's a great location too.

Great views, nice condo. The size of the unit is perfect for a couple. The pool and hot tub were also great. The only drawback for us was that there is no where to walk to for a meal or drink. Plenty of parking, so easy to have a car and many options to drive to. Near many beaches. Also, dolphins and manatees each morning viewed from the deck overlooking the Bay. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it. This time was no different. Very clean and a beautiful view. Great for 2 people. However, thos time we had to evacuate due to a hurricane. We did not buy the travel protection. We will definitely be back. Located near the beach. Dt Pete is Very uber friendly.

Very comfortable stay

Had everything we needed, appreciated the washer/dryer in unit. One other review made comment of the road noise. I slept on pull out first half of the stay and didn’t notice it. A little louder when sleeping in actual bedroom but traffic died down at night. Definitely a convenient location. Facility, grounds and room itself all well kept up.

Boca Ciega Resort has amazing views.

This is our 2nd time to rent this unit and we loved it! The views are just beautiful seeing dolphins and manatee swimming just below our balcony. The owners were amazing to rent from as we had to roll our trip over twice due to covid, and last year my mother being very sick. They were very understanding and accommodating. Our only issue was that the cleaners need to take more time making sure that things are clean. Our toilet was awful and the floors were very dirty as well. I feel that this is of no fault to the owners but feel they need to be made aware. We hope to again return in the future.

Great place for a water view

Property is underwhelming when you pull in but more than makes up for it with the view of the bay. Clean with all of your basic amenities. Comfortable bed and seating through out including the balcony. Coffee and dolphin watching in the morning. Wine and boats returning in the evening. Great for a couple’s getaway with beaches, shopping, and restaurant within minutes in every direction.
