Host communication was very good, the unit was well stocked, ac worked well, very clean with plenty of sitting room. Good location in an up and coming neighborhood near the Pinellas Trail.

Appears to be a new rental so everything in the house was clean and unused which was nice. Inside house was as listed. There are some basic things not there that would be nice to have such as salt and pepper or soap in the showers. Host was very responsive to questions or concerns. Our main issue was outside street noise. The home sits on a pretty busy road that has a lot of traffic on it throughout the night. There is a gas station across the street that is busy and people seem to congregate there. There isn't anything the host can do about it, but felt we needed to mention it. Location had easy access to downtown St Pete.
