Updated! Very Partial Gulf Views, Pool, Spa with ELEVATOR. Indian Rocks Beach!
- Please note: While the condo unit itself is in good condition and fully functional, some exterior repairs and common area restorations are still ongoing due to last year’s hurricane. You may notice occasional maintenance during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as the community completes recovery efforts.
TOP floor condo with only 9 units in the main building ON the beach WITH an ELEVATOR is the perfect family escape in Paradise. There is a total of 17 units on the Sunset Paradise property...Spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths offers comfortable accommodations for up to 6 people. Partial-Gulf views can be seen from the balcony and from the window inside the unit itself! There are two assigned parking spots in the garage and inside utility room. The pool, spa and beach are just steps. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests due to time constraints in turning over for our next guests. Thank you for understanding.
