  • Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on Boca Ciega Bay. This is a cute, one bedroom condo on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. On top of having cable, internet, 1 designated parking space and access to all the amenities on the property,

    This unit offers:
    --Great view of the pool and community when you walk out
    --New flooring throughout
    --New kitchen cabinets
    --New countertops
    --New stainless steel and black microwave
    --New TV stand
    --New coffee table
    --New pull out sofa
    --New love seat!
    --Double beds and pull out gives you a lot of capacity for your friends and family

    Parking:
    You are allotted one parking space. There is currently no assigned parking, so use any space that is convenient for you - just please let us know if you have visitors that need an additional one during your stay.

    Laundry:
    We have - one each - a washer and dryer that can accept coins, or you can use a credit card via the phone app, PayRange. Sorry, but we do not have change machines or vending machines for laundry supplies.

    The guest laundry can be accessed through the entrance behind the office. Please text me, Scott, at 727-748-2848 for a door code to use for entry.
