The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress, ceiling fan and bedding. The living room features a loveseat with pull out bed for extra guest. The unit boasts a screened in porch overlooking the intracoastal, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktail. Relax in the backyard with a private grill and picnic area while you watch the dolphin play! Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a gated, secure community with two sparkling heated pools, club house, gym, billiards, and onsite management.
