This property had everything we needed and the hosts were absolutely lovely and accommodating! You're only a few minutes away from beautiful ocean views and glorious sunsets!
My family and I stayed for a great week in St Pete. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and it is a great location to go Downtown or to the beach. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable in the space. The hosts were very nice and responsive. We would happily stay in this great home again!

Five Stars Clean Quiet Close To Everything
Jack & Mara are super hosts " We actually rented several houses on our trip to Florida, this was our "Favorite""! Next time we'll stay longer here! Thanks J & M! Don,Pats,Dale&Mary!!!
Reasonably priced and a short ride to beaches and downtown St Pete
When I booked, I knew we would be in neighborhood a short ride from the beaches. We were happy to have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths at this great price. We made good use of the nice beach chairs, the umbrellas and the beach towels. Definitely served out needs well on this trip to Florida !
The location was great! We really enjoyed going to the Gulfport historic district. There’s a plant-based ice cream place, Plant Love there that is out of this world delicious. My favorite was the coconut.
Logement très bien situé et correct avec tout ce qu’il fallait pour y vivre .
Propriétaire très réactive lorsque l’on avait des questions.
A recommander
The property was great for my Father to be close to his brother for a few day. He enjoyed his time reconnecting with family and then returning to a place where he could relax and rest. A few minutes from the beach, which is my happy place. A win, win for a great trip!
My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the amenities that were included- the freshly ground coffee was great! We used the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler and enjoyed the recommendation of Pass-a-Grille Beach- very accessible from the parking and less crowded than other beaches. I would suggest a longer cord for the bedroom fan as others mentioned as we had to attach a string to be able to use it. Thank you, Jack, for your help and sorry we missed Mara. It was a great stay and we thank you for everything!
Mara was very nice and helpful throughout our visit to St. Petersburg. She was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We enjoyed using all of the provided beach amenities.
This is a quiet neighborhood that was a good launching spot for many restaurants and Saint Pete destinations. Comfortable beds and a very responsive host made this a good experience for us.
My 16 year old daughter and I stayed here for a month in July 2020 while she had speech therapy a mile away at The Aphasia Center. The place had a well stocked kitchen &household, washer/dryer, relaxing patio and garden, parking right by the front door, a beautiful bright skylight in the master bath block from the Pinellas Trail, close to Abercrombie Park&5 miles from my favorite, Passé-a-Grille beach. The highlight of our stay, however, were our gracious hosts, Jack and Mara. They were very respectful& helpful on many levels: we are more cautious than most with regards to the virus and they were very respectful of our higher level of mask wearing & social distancing. They loaned us random things like bicycle tools and extension cords, directed us to a compost post we could use during our stay, and let us make friends with their cat. These were all little things that helped make our stay pleasantly memorable.
