OUR MODERN TWO FLOOR BEACH HOME
Wake up with the sunshine streaming through windows over the water, and end the day with picturesque sunsets over the beach. Our beach home is ideally situated on a narrow part of the island with access directly across the street to the beach.

Dozens of dining options, two large balconies, and one of St. Pete’s most beautiful stretches of sand, you may not want to leave. Our spacious beach home is equipped with all of the modern luxuries, for you to enjoy.

Nice Stay in Nice Location!

We had a nice 2 day stay at this property. Beach chairs and toys were available, in addition to beach towels, which was great. We saw manatees and dolphins off of the two balconies and could easily walk to the beach.

It is a spacious condo. Our group of 4 adults had much space to spread out. The water view from the balcony was amazing! The beach access was just across the street, and a Publix is nearby. Super convenient location! It was clean and well maintained—highly recommended!

Hosts were fantastic. The location is great with direct views of intracoastal waters and frequent wildlife sightings. Across the street access to the beach was super easy with a well signed and observed cross walk. The area is wonderful to visit with nearby restaurants and easy access to St Pete. Only thing to be aware of is the spiral staircase to two of three bedrooms. Could get dicey for those with physical restrictions. No problem for our family though - kids loved it.
