Tranquil Bay Retreat – Heated Pool, Walk to Beach, & Water Views

Perched along the shimmering Intracoastal Waterway, Tranquil Bay is a 2-bedroom 1-bathroom home that offers breathtaking water views and a serene coastal escape designed for relaxation. Spend your days lounging by the sparkling heated pool, watching boats drift by, or taking a short stroll to the beach for sun and surf! Thoughtfully appointed for comfort and convenience, this charming home is the perfect home for laid-back luxury, and unforgettable waterfront moments await!

Kitchen: Newly renovated kitchen with brand new counters and cabinets! Refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, kettle, crockpot, toaster, Keurig duo, and barstools at the counter. Dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are all provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are provided.

Sun Room: Beautiful lounge area with additional seating, a sofa bed, and windows overlooking the pool and intracoastal.

Dining Area: Dining table with seating for 6.

Living Room: Large sectional sofa, coffee table, Smart-TV, and ceiling fan. Bay windows from the sun room bring in tons of natural light!

Bedroom #1: King-size bed, nightstands with lamps, closet, Smart-TV, ceiling fan, and a window overlooking the tiki hut and water.

Bathroom #1: Double vanity sink, toilet, and standing shower with detachable shower head. No tub.

Bedroom #2: King-size bed, nightstand with lamp, closet, TV, and ceiling fan.

Garage: Washer and dryer, beach chairs, folding beach wagon, kayak, and paddleboard. (Bonus bathroom with toilet and shower)

Outdoors: A safety fence enclosing the space leading outside from the garage and dining room. Heated pool with built-in hot tub* (see important notes regarding hot tub heating), plenty of lounge and seating options with sun loungers and rocking chairs, a tiki hut with outdoor dining for 10+, a ceiling fan, an outdoor shower, gas grill, and a dock.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Thermostat Guidelines: The Nest thermostat is set to 76° between 9am-9pm, and 72° between 9pm-9am, and will go into eco mode (80°) when the house is unoccupied for a period of time

*Pool & Spa Heating:
In addition to the heated pool (82° F), we are happy to offer our waterfront spa as an added luxury feature for guests to enjoy during their stay. $25/day to heat the hot tub to 104° (up to 2 hours). Must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival. To ensure the system operates reliably and efficiently for everyone, the spa heating is managed remotely and must be scheduled in advance. If you would like to use the spa during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible so we can program your heating schedule before check-in.

*Spa Heating Guidelines
- Maximum of one heated spa session per day $25/day.
- Each session is limited to 75 minutes
- Your selected spa time will remain the same each day of your stay
- Spa heating is controlled remotely by the owner and cannot be activated on demand at the property

This scheduling system helps us maintain the equipment to the highest standard while still providing guests with a relaxing spa experience during their visit. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to help arrange your preferred spa time prior to arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes after booking.

When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 82°. Please note that when outside temperatures reach 60° or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool & spa completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that the pool & spa temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold. Spas/hot tubs do not heat continuously.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are supplied to guests. A starter supply of dishwasher pods, coffee pods, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper are provided for you. Depending on your stay, you may need to replenish your supply. All linens are provided. Each guest is provided with one set of bath towels and a beach towel.

Parking: This property has enough parking for 6 vehicles in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles. There is no grass or street parking.
