    Inside, the bright and open layout offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds and is just steps ...from the hallway bath—perfect for families or guests. For added convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer and a dedicated covered parking space.

    The complex features everything you need for a laid-back beach getaway, including a heated pool, hot tub, and a gas grill area for cookouts after a day in the sun.

The view was exceptional! The location was great for what we like to do and where we like to eat. Cleanliness: terrible. Mold in the shower floor. Closet shelves disgusting. The glassware and dishes hadn’t seen a dishwasher in ages. The sofa was nasty. But.. the pool was great. The elevator was fast and convenient. The beach was beautiful. And security was excellent with all the locked access doors. I would not return to this unit.

We love this property! This is our second stay but in a different condo. Pros: nice pool and hot tub, the beach is footsteps away, John’s Pass Boardwalk is in easy walking distance, excellent security, fast elevator, good overall property cleanliness, this particular condo has a great view on the top floor with private balcony, came with all the necessities including beach equipment, beach towels, and fishing supplies, lots of extra linens, towels, and toiletries, great appliances, and very spacious. Cons: My one complaint would be the overall cleanliness of the condo. It could use a deep clean. It’s not terrible. I cleaned when I got there, but I would do that anywhere. It had some mold in the shower and the shower door and walls need to be scoured, upholstery needs cleaning, and much of the kitchen items really need a good washing. The master bed is missing a mattress pad and we had to lay on the comforter to get some padding, master bedroom curtain has a stain, and there were items left under both beds from previous visitors. Also, some blackout curtains would be great in the guest bedroom because there is a very bright light outside that window. All this to say, we would stay here again. I think the condo itself is great but needs a little TLC.
