The house was perfect. Clean, well decorated, and more amenities than we could use. Easy access to area sights and beaches. It was an excellent value.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, well stocked with everyday essentials, especially the kitchen. The heated pool was great. The only thing we did not like was how firm the mattresses were and the thermostat having to be set above 72, but thats just our personal preference. The house was easy to find, in a quiet area and was an easy 5 to 8 min drive to local beaches. 40 min drive to downtown Tampa. The staff was very responsive when we messaged them about anything. We would definitely recommend this home to stay in for vacation.

This property will remind you why you used to love short term rentals over hotels. It was clean, the furniture and beds were of good quality and comfortable, it was incredibly clean and well kept, the area was nice, the pool was well kept and the heating system was in great working condition. There was no shortage of necessities- from pool towels, to pillows, to cooking supplies, to pool toys. I would genuinely stay here time and time again. The host was even accommodating when a late check out was needed. As someone who’s over the cost of accommodations like this going higher and higher and amenities and cleanliness going to the wayside, this was truly a refreshing experience.

House was amazing and exactly as pictured. It was super clean and looks brand new. The kitchen is fully stocked and will be great if you like to cook! The backyard and pool area was a tropical oasis. We loved our stay. The house was very conveniently located, only a few minutes drive from the beach. Check-in process involves driving to the property company to pick up the keys to the house. The only heads up I would give is that the beds are very firm. If you enjoy that, you will be in heaven. If you enjoy a softer bed, you may find these too hard. It didn’t keep us from loving the home.

My husband, 2 kids, my sister, our mother and I stayed here for 5 nights and we had an exceptional stay. Place was beautiful and accommodating. So close to Aldi, our fav store, and 6 min to beach. I’d def stay here again and recommend to others! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor area, as well.

Such a great house for our family with the pool and being 8 minutes from Indian Rocks beach, about 20 minutes from Clearwater. House was super clean and everything we needed was there. Highly recommend!
