A little over 1.5 miles from John's Pass Village keeps you away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to get to. Walk to Supermarket, shopping, library, post office, restaurants, rec center, parks and beach pubs in the immediate neighborhood.
This condo association requires the formality of background check & application approval at least 30 days prior to arrival. This includes providing social security numbers for all guests and also photos of driver's licenses. In addition to the condo association forms, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. Please note per the Association Rules and Regulations, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property except in a private unit. There is NO smoking inside this condominium. Smoking also is not allowed on the balcony of #504.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.
