Enjoy life in the sun while staying in this charming Old Southeast guest-house. The space is filled with thoughtful details and artwork. Located just one block from the water and less than two miles from downtown St. Pete, there's plenty to explore within walking and biking distance! Free parking on site and kayaks available on request!

The guest-house is located behind our owner-occupied main house. We are a family with kids and a dog— guests must be comfortable with the shared yard.
