• Must be added for the entire stay
• Heated continuously to 85°F
• Requires at least 24 hours’ notice
• May take 8–12 hours to initially reach temperature depending on weather

Heated Soaking Spa – $45 per day
• Heated to 103°F
• Activated via a 3-hour timer
• Takes approximately 30–60 minutes to heat after turning on
• After 3 hours, the spa turns off automatically — simply reset the timer if you’d like to continue using it

The spa is not kept continuously heated unless the timer is activated.

For safety and equipment protection, all systems are monitored. Guests should not adjust heater settings or tamper with equipment. Unauthorized adjustments may result in additional charges.

For the safety and security of our guests, please be advised that there is a surveillance camera located to the right of the garage on the property, facing the driveway. There is a second camera over the pool equipment for equipment monitoring. These cameras are for security purposes and your privacy is respected.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire home, pool, patio, garage, and all amenities. Make yourself at home—this space is entirely yours.
