This private home is nestled in a serene neighborhood with onsite parking inside private gates. This gorgeous property offers a superb retreat for guests. With its beautiful decor and cozy ambiance, you'll feel right at home. The house features a spacious living area that opens up to outdoor porch and backyard putting green. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a bunk room. Enjoy amenities like WIFI, AC/ heating, laundry room, a pellet smoker/grill, putting green and an outdoor shower to rinse off all that sand. Lovely property, very responsive owners, our family thoroughly enjoyed! Every thing we could possibly need was provided, well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill kitchen, pool was clean and hot tub great! Our grandkids loved the little putting green. And the beach views, toys and provisions excellent! Plenty of room for our extended family of 11!

Perfect location and view! The home has a great use of space - it accommodated us perfectly. We got tons of use out of the pool - it is salt water, not chlorine! The host was incredibly responsive and the home was very well equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to beach chairs. Our family had such a great time staying here that everyone is begging to make it a yearly tradition!

This is our 2nd time visiting and won’t be the last! This house has everything for an extended family get together, and it’s right on the beach (and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and ice cream!). We really appreciated all the extras to accommodate small children. The kitchen is so well stocked it was hard to come up with a reason to go out (plus if you stay in you get to see the amazing sunsets!). Highly recommend!!!!

We had a wonderful Christmas at Magnolia Shore! The house has plenty of room for multiple generations and a great outdoor play area for kids. It is right in the beach with amazing sunset views. It was fully stocked, has a great grill, and is close to many restaurants. Kevin was super helpful and responsive throughout the stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The home is absolutely stunning and is perfectly situated on the sand. The home was very clean, well stocked, and had plenty of amenities for everyone (especially our little ones). The hosts were very helpful and responsive as well. Perfect house for our large family Thanksgiving gathering. Amazing gulf views from the three balconies. Communication with the owner was great….. very quick response time. Plenty of parking space. Putting green, outdoor grilling area and pool were all top notch. Already planning a return trip.

Absolutely beautiful location! The beach house offers tons of space for family and friends to enjoy. The elevator was wonderful with older adults, and the pool/spa were enjoyed thoroughly by the children. Overall, a great place for a 3-generation gathering!

Our host was amazing from the beginning when we had a million questions to the end when we departed. The home is incredible with high end furniture and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and outdoors for a large group. The outdoor kitchen was our favorite gathering spot every evening for cooking and dining while witnessing colorful sunsets. We will be back.

Awesome family vacation in a fabulous home that had everything we needed and more. Perfect location. Owners were very responsive - even purchased a new beach canopy large enough for our group! Minor issues were resolved quickly. We highly recommend!!

This place is EVERYTHING and MORE for your getaway!! Beach (in your backyard ), pool and hot tub (heated), putting green, outdoor grilling hut, sand and pool accessories and that’s just the outside!!Inside the house had space for our family of 11 with room to spare. There were special touches everywhere…. In each bedroom en suite, in the kitchen and the bar! The kitchen was well equipped & we were able to cook anything inside and outside. It was so easy to communicate with the manager/owner and they were so accommodating to our requests!! I could go on and on since it was the best place for our family gathering!We are planning on doing it again!!Thanks to Magnolia Shores for the memories
