Situated in the heart of Treasure Island, you are in easy walking distance of great restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, shopping, activities, and just moments from Johns Pass Village on the Beach Trolley.

When you need a break from the award-winning beaches and the warm, soft Gulf of Mexico waters, you can enjoy the privacy of your spacious balcony or lounge around the quiet waterfront pool area. The water view from the balcony is a wonderful place to wake up to, and a perfect location for an evening cocktail or meal.

Loved it!!

This place was amazing! Booked for family trip and was one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in! Communication with hosts were was great!! Would definitely book again! Don’t debate, book it!!

Surprise Ptrip with friends

Very nice place and excellent location!! Large and comfortable with plenty of room. 3 bathrooms were great for the 5 adults. Very clean and in great shape!!! We will definitely stay there again!!!

Thankful Thanksgiving

We had a great time staying over TG 2024. Treasure Island was still dealing the the aftermath of hurricanes Helene and Milton, but our stay at The Palms was impeccable. The elevator was working and the unit was great. Views of the ocean were amazing and everything was great to house our family of 7.

A few small issues but overall just what we needed.

The master bedroom wall abuts the elevator shaft so it was quite a wake-up call when the first person called for the elevator in the morning even though we sleep with a loud white noise machine. I was pleased to find a 3B/3B as we were in town for a wedding and needed the space to get ready for the events.

Great location but condo was not top notch

Noisy elevator that can be heard from one of the main bedrooms every time it goes up and down. Minor repairs like damage on doors and walls have not been repaired. Black mold or soap scum in the showers that was only sealed over.

Spring Break 2023

This property is very conveniently located next to a Publix and across the street from the beach. You can walk to many restaurants/bars as well as a couple of shopping stores. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was beautiful. This unit faces the street so it is very loud on the lanai/porch. There is a lot of traffic that is loud because it echoes between the buildings. The unit is also next to the elevator so in the bedroom located next to elevator, you can hear the compression of the elevator going up and down during the day and night. The unit also has a very small galley kitchen. You cannot fit more than two people in the kitchen at one time. You also cannot open the dishwasher all the way as it hits the refrigerator door because it is so tight. Unfortunately, the unit was not as clean as we had hoped for. There were dirty utensils put away & heavy dust on the back of the doors and all along the baseboards (which you could tell had not been wiped down anytime recently).There was also mold in and around one of the shower doors. It was disappointing & gross. Another shower door would not shut all the way it would seal on the bottom, but not on the top. The refrigerator doors were scraped up on the outside and had multiple stains on it. You could tell that this is a property management unit and not an owner unit. The unit has cheaper furniture as well as kitchen appliances. The dishes are all mismatched along with the utensils. When we got there, the chairs on the porch had three of them broken (where you put your bottom was busted through so someone would have hurt themselves had they sat down and fallen through). The property management did replace them the next day due to a text I sent them. They also offered to come re-clean the unit however, we had moved all of our items in already, and I did not feel like watching someone clean my unit while I was on vacation. Overall, for the money that was spent on this unit for the week, it was not worth it when we have spent less money on other properties that have been cleaner as well as had more personal touches & a more conducive kitchen. It was conveniently located, which was appreciated and we enjoyed our time on Treasure Island. However, we will not go back to this property.

Loved our stay!!

Very close to the beach, just a short walk across the street! Great location! We were walking distance to many great restaurants and there is a grocery store right next door. The house was clean and stocked with additional items like beach supplies, beach towels, chairs, toys, baby items (pack and play, stroller, walker). The view of the beach was beautiful from our balcony! We had a great stay! The owners were very accommodating with any issues and had a repair person out immediately. My only complaint was that the king bedroom off the kitchen did not cool very well. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s on the side of the house with the most sun because the vent blows cold air. It’s nothing an additional fan couldn’t fix though! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo and great location

This is a beautiful condo, clean. And spacious. Great location, with the beach right across the streets and shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I rate it 5 stars. Management was extremely responsive as well. Only thing it needs is a cutting board, a wine opener, and a quieter air conditioning system. Other than that...perfect!

Fantastic Beach stay

We had a wonderful time at The Palms on Treasure Island. Beautiful and spacious condo right across from the beach. Gorgeous balcony to watch the sunsets from. Our hosts were super nice and attentive if we needed anything. It was just perfect! Absolutely recommend!

Exactly as described

Beautiful location with the beach on one side and bay on the other. Pool overlooks the bay which is beautiful! Unit was exactly what was described and was the most well stocked unit I have ever rented. Usually the kitchen is sparse but this had everything I needed! The balcony is large and has lots of seating so we could all sit out and watch the sunset. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay there againl.

Best Sunsets we’ve ever experienced

Excellent view of the Gulf, sunset view from the patio was amazing. Very spacious and well equipped condo. Street noise and elevator noise were the only downsides. Easy walk to beach, boardwalk, John’s Pass, and with Publix right next door, you’ll never want for anything. Plenty of parking, pool was nice but on the small side.

Three star stay due to neglected maintenance

- towels are Motel 6 quality- door to unit catches on top with the closing mechanism- door to bathroom in deck side bedroom is crushed on the inside and the door handle inside the bathroom comes off- door seem for the elevator side bedroom is cracked making the door difficult to close - blue chair which I placed near the bar has a blue stain on top of it.- I have pictures if requested.

Great location and property

Across from the beach, next door to a grocery and many restaurants makes this an ideal location. The space, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, gave us plenty of room to spread out as well as hang around together. We used the pool and it was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property.

Great Location

Awesome Condo

This visit was our second time at The Palms of Treasure Island and we love it!! Easy to deal with and the location is just perfect!!! Rooms were super cozy and beds were very comfortable. Condo has all the beah stuff you need! We loved our stay!!!! Will definitely be back.
