Sunplace is located within Indian Shores, a charming, laid back, family-friendly community located on a pristine beach. Walk to one of the nearby restaurants, rent beach cruisers to go exploring, hop on the trolly to one of the neighboring beach towns, or take a short ride into St. Pete and go shopping on Beach Drive. We are centrally located between St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa. Universal, Disney World, Epcot, Hard Rock Casino, and Bush Gardens are just a short drive away.

The rental includes everything you need for a great vacation, including towels, linens, beach gear…even sand toys for the kids. Come relax, reflect, and recharge! We will take care of the rest.

Please note this small building does not have an elevator and the condo is located on the 2nd floor.

Indiana Shores - Beautiful Beach / Great Location

The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The balcony overlooked the ocean and the beach being right out your backdoor was perfect. We were traveling with a small child so a couple of things to be cautious of are: lots of stairs to walk up to get to the unit so loading and unloading luggage was a challenge and single stairs and spiral stairs in the condo were a challenge with an 18 month old. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to friends and family. Property management were accessible and responsive.

Wonderful stay with the best view

Such a relaxing trip and so needed for our family! We got away for the Thanksgiving holiday as we lost our home in Hurricane Helene, and this property was the perfect place to destress and enjoy family time. With all the balconies and the gorgeous views, we could keep an eye on the kids while they played down by the water. House was clean and comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Little Slice of Heaven

Condo was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a beach stay. Views were amazing! Would definitely recommend this place! Owners were courteous and checked in with us the first day to make sure we had everything we needed.

This place was perfect! It had everything we needed and was in a great location. We had a minor issue with getting into the storage locker but Jen was very responsive and helpful. We would love to come back and stay again!

Perfect Beachside House

Amazing location right on the sand. The balconies are fantastic, it feels like you’re right on the beach even when sat on the property. The view morning and night is remarkable. Very much recommended.

A conflicting review

I have never written a negative review, so let me start with the positives. The location is great, views are amazing, and kitchen and bathrooms are updated. Now, onto the negatives, the furnishings both inside and on the decks were not up to par. Quite frankly, I didn’t even want to sit on the living room furniture. The mattresses were really bad. Lastly, everyone should know that there are 32 steps to climb to enter the unit.

Quick Beach Getaway

Property was as described. Very clean and updated. Great location. Kids loved the upstairs bedroom with rooftop access. Great views ! We enjoyed our short stay and will plan to drive back over the bridge to stay again...

So Lovely

We loved it here and wished we had more time to stay. The beach access was so convenient and the beach chairs, umbrellas and kick boards were a nice add. We saw a lot of small fish, a dolphin and a manatee during our beach day. The sunsets are gorgeous! The only thing missing was a pizza cutter, but no biggie! Hope to be back!

From the view as you walk in the door, to the access to the beautiful beach just steps from the condo, to the rooftop deck hot tub, everything was absolute perfection.

Again- just amazing

A year ago I wrote a review for Sol Mate! It was amazing and my biggest worry coming back is that it wouldn’t quite be the same. I was wrong. Sol Mate is an amazing condo in an amazing location. Sean and Jennifer are amazing hosts. The condo is spotless and looks just like the pictures if not better.

So much fun

It was absolutely wonderful. The location is great. Lots of good food and shopping near by. The beach was beautiful. The rooftop chairs and hot tub were lovely. The only thing that we had a hard time with was the stairs. Its a lot of stairs and my parents had a hard time getting up and down. But other than that we loved it.

Wonderful Beachfront Property

This townhouse on the beach was absolutely beautiful! The interior was very tastefully decorated and oh my!...those sunsets from the balconies! Loved it! The beach was never over crowded and there were ample chairs and umbrellas to use. My only pause would be the many stairs. There are quite a few steps to lug all of your supplies up, however, it is 100% worth the effort in order to get those amazing unobstructed views! Gorgeous place! Highly recommend it!

A beautiful well equipped condo!

We originally booked the condo mainly because of the hot tub on the roof top. We had a 1 year old with us so the idea was that we could chill in the spa once he was asleep. Sadly due to the storm and new rulings the hot tub was removed. I only realised this when I was showing a family member the Condo. We checked if we could cancel and book something else with a pool/tub but we couldn’t. The proprietors did give us a $50 dollar voucher. Checking in was confusing as the specific number of the condo was not specified on the information. The condo is in a beautiful location on Indian shores and is very well equipped with beach chairs, games etc. It is also a good location to visit other areas. We was lucky enough to spot a few dolphins from the balcony and the beach. We visited just recently after the 2 hurricanes so a lot of work was being completed on the beach which was great to see. I would recommend this condo to families/groups it’s spacious and has lovely decor. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Wonderful Beach Stay

We had a great stay. They have a perfect and very beautiful location on the beach. Sunsets were amazing. Jen was extremely helpful and the communication was great. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely go back next time we are in the area.

A great week

This property was identical to the photos and description. Everything we needed was in the home including towels, plenty of sheets and bedding, dishes, coffee pot, and even laundry hampers! Sunning on the roof is a nice experience and the sunsets on the gulf are absolutely breathtaking. The property owner is very responsive and reached out to make sure things were going okay the day we arrived. There is just nothing like being right on the beach! I would definitely book again!

Breathtaking views!

This place is worth it for the balcony views alone! Perfect location with 2 parking spots is a rare find. Spacious interior that is well stocked with all you need. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys in the storage closet were a nice bonus! The owners were incredibly helpful and communicative. Would highly recommend!The only thing to note is that the 3rd bedroom loft is not fully closed off, it has blinds over the opening for privacy but not a solid wall. Not a big deal but we did not realize in the pictures (description does say loft though).

This is a great rental unit and meets the promises shown on the internet. The owner is super responsive and any questions we had were addressed immediately and satisfactorily.The unit itself has anything you’ll need and view is terrific.Remember this is a rental and not your house so judge accordingly. You’ll find it’s all you need and more.A note of caution. There is no elevator and about 30 steps up to the entry on the second floor. The stairs are interrupted by a landing between ground a floor 1 and another between 1st and 2nd floor.People with average abilities will have no problems.VRBO rental process was easy and as efficient as I’ve always experienced.
