Great weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway staying here. The room was great and beds were comfortable. This place is in the perfect location. Multiple restaurants in walking distance. I cant wait to book our next vacation.

Awesome space & amenities

We so enjoyed the space, the pictures are acurate and the amenities were great. Considering one of our stay date was bad weather, it was awesome having a good inside space to play games, cook and just enjoy being together.

Nice ocean front condo

We stayed here right before Thanksgiving. The condo was perfect for our family of three. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the beach and also from the balcony.

Fabulous Stay

We loved staying here, the apartment is a little dated but we still had a brilliant stay, the location is great, close to shops and restaurants and easy local transport routes made getting around nice and simple. I would definitely recommend staying here and may even be back in the future

The condo suited our family’s needs perfectly. Great view of the large beach and the ocean. Pool and spa were nice. Many options for eating and shopping within walking distance. Ownership was very responsive when questions arose. We would definitely stay here again.

A Great Place To Stay !!!

Beautiful views, walking distance to restaurants and of course the beach. The condo was adequate and was very clean, the sunsets were amazing. The ocean views and other surroundings create an inviting atmosphere in treasure island. The restaurants and bars attract many visitors , and is walkable, the relaxing locations add to the charm of the island.

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at Surf Beach Resort over Thanksgiving. The activities sponsored by itrips partner were so much fun. Unit was clean and all amenities were provided and nice. It rips was extremely responsive to any questions we had and everything was easy and wonderful!

Great condo on the beach

Good location. Close to Publix. DD and ice cream shop across the road. Good amount of restaurant choices close by. We received simple check in instructions before our arrival and check in was a breeze. The condo was clean with nice view of the ocean. The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Weloved our stay and would stay again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Very clean and comfortable. Right by the stairs to go to the pool/beach. There is an elevator in the lobby but stairs are faster if your physically comfortable with them. There is a Dunkin right across the street which is very convenient.

3rd Stay here

This was our 3rd stay here in 302. Everything was great as usual. The kids call this “the Florida home” and it is like our home away from home! We love the location of it, the extras in the beach closet are always a plus & the new flooring in the bedrooms was a nice surprise! We look forward to booking again next year!

Treasure Island Surf Beach Resort

Everything was as advertised, beautiful location. The only complaint we had was the condo was much smaller than we expected. There are 2 queen beds (bedrooms very small) and a sofa bed, but usage for 6 adults is questionable. Not much extra room at all.

Nice condo but appliances need updated

We stayed at this condo for one week and enjoyed our stay. The appliances are in dire need of replacement as the clothes dryer caught a towel on fire during the cycle. We promptly called management and they immediately sent out an appliance repair man. The unit also has a standard coffee maker, which would be nice to have a Keurig versus a coffee pot. The view was awesome from the balcony and the condo overall was very nice and would stay there again.

Great Beach Condo

We enjoyed our quick stay to St Pete. The location, pool and beach are amazing! We enjoyed the balcony and sunset views. The condo had plenty of towels and beach supplies. We do wish there was a rug by the balcony door so we could wipe our feet before coming into the condo. We sadly tracked sand in from the balcony. Overall a great place!

Decent

Communication with owner was great, quick responses when needed. Easy check in/check out. The location was perfect., easy beach access, clean pool, hot tub, property. The inside of condo was sufficient, carpets could be cleaned or replaced as well as stove. Main bathroom needs to have a heavy cleaning.

Kids first beach trip

Overall the trip was great. The condo building was nice and conveniently located. People staying there were nice and friendly. Large beach front with a lot of room to spread out and let kids play. It can be a long walk to the water but a big bag or foldable cart helps. The condo was acceptable for the price point with one exception. The carpets in the room are borderline nasty. I wouldn't recommend walking around barefoot unless you want black stick feet. You would think after countless comments on these carpets they would resolve it. I can accept old but clean carpet that just wasnt the case. With a deep overall clean and new carpets I would give it a 5 star.

Exactly what we needed!

The view is phenomenal, the bed was excellent, and it was located at a prime location. The other tenants were enjoyable and we were able to use the beach gear.
