There is no hot tub - but otherwise good

We chose to stay here because it listed a hot tub, so we paid more money than another place closer to the beach. There is no hot tub, so the listing is misleading. I brought it to the owner’s attention, who promised to change it, but it’s still listened on VRBO. Otherwise, the property was good.

Good for the cheaper side

Overall a good stay… there was here and there a couple things like when trying to check in with miscommunication. The pool wall had things that made us itch. And the dryer did not work . There was here and there some roaches but nothing crazy only saw about 3. If your looking for somewhere cheap but still good this is for you

Overall was very nice to stay at for the couple days. I will say the backyard needs a lot of work and maintenance but I understand things aren't cheap. Nice location near Tampa Bay and the beaches.

The place is more charming and larger than the pics imply. We had an awesome girls trio celebrating my daughters 17th bday, no complaints! Lot of places to eat near-by, too!

The property was not as described and was unsafe upon arrival. Furniture was damaged and stained, and the home had a strong unpleasant odor throughout. There were holes in the walls and general signs of poor maintenance. The pool area screen was torn, and the back yard gate was hanging on by a thread, creating a serious safety concern as it could have easily fallen and posed a risk to small children. We were unable to stay due to the condition and safety concerns. The host and Vrbo support have not been helpful in resolving this issue or providing an appropriate resolution.Be aware you have been warned

The house itself is ok. It’s roomy and was clean. It was very outdated. However, the worst part was the back yard. The back yard was not maintained. It wasn’t very warm while we were there so it didn’t ruin our time. However, the back yard was very neglected and unsafe.

Fence around back yard/pool area was falling down in several places . PArt of outside furniture was nasty. No dishtowels in kitchen . 2 spoons in kitchen. BEd pillows flat. I had to buy washclothes and pillows
