Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and generous granite countertop space. Kick back for movie nights in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your plush primary suite.

Remote work is a breeze with the home office setup. A private washer/dryer and provided beach gear add convenience.

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Love this location
This complex and condo are a great place to stay. The condo is updated with a great shower and the king size bed is SO comfortable. I also like that all access is code-based, so we don't have to carry keys with us. The pool deck is especially nice - large and a wonderful view of the beach and gulf.

Lovely property.

Indian Shores Beach
Great 4 Day Anniversary trip to Indian Shores. Beach Cottage was a good Central Location, older property but Well managed. Nice Pool Deck, Easy Walk to Beach, Our Condo was very spacious, wonderful master bath/ shower, nice furnishings, Good View to Ocean / Pool. Nice balcony table /4 chairs. Perfect for couple maybe 2 small children.
