Sea Sunsets and Sunrises

What sets #46 apart from the rest is the view(s), the best of both worlds inside and out. This second floor condo features a view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and front balcony. Plus a sunrise view of the intracoastal water way from the bedroom. The kitchen features fully equipped, newer appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar with seating for 3, plus bar table seating for 2. The living room features a large flat screen television and a sofa. Cable and wireless internet included, and coin operated W/D on site.
From the outside, #46 is located on the southern tip of a barrier island just 90 steps across a quaint neighborhood street with pedestrian walkways to beautiful white sand beaches, peaceful away from the crowds, yet within walking distance to restaurants and live entertainment. Located 4 miles from John’s Pass, for shopping, day cruises, and fishing charters. Other nearby attractions includes Busch Gardens, Clearwater Aquarium (home of Winter the dolphin), Salvador Dali Museum, and Fort Desoto State Park. #46 has a heated beachside pool, free parking, picnic table and grill. Close to spring training camps for Phillies, and Yankees

Great place to stay!!

The place was really nice and quiet and was super close to the beach and you could drive to restaurants and shops easily. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

Great Place to Stay

We had the best vacation! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The owners were so easy to contact when needed. We always love staying in the Harbor House condominiums. This place will definitely be saved for our next trip to the beach! The perfect home away from home!

Great Getaway Spot

Unit was as described with a partial beach view. Everything needed for a week long stay was provided. Easy access to the beach just across the street - a two minute walk at most. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided. Would recommend this unit and would stay again. Owner contact was smooth and easy.

Great location!

We will be back!

We stayed for almost a month. We didn’t want to leave! The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Right across the road from the beach. Found sandollars out on the sand bar along with other shells. Great walking on the beach every morning. Caddy’s and Tiki bar in walking distance. Great restaurant close by. We had to cut our stay a little short due to Idalia.

Great place near quiet beach

Condo was great. Everything was very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. We also really appreciated the HDMI cable, to connect our own device for streaming. Host was super helpful; I've never had a VRBO host reply so quickly before. (more than once). She even stopped by and helped us readjust the thermostat. The place was immaculately clean and everything looked brand new. Christmas decorations were a nice added touch. We would gladly stay there again.

Five Days Wasn’t Enough

My wife and I stayed in mid-July for five days, six nights. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and this property was perfect for us. It was exactly as described. The beach view pictured looks exactly like the picture my wife took while sitting on the balcony outside the condo. It took us, at the most, two minutes to walk to the beach. There was plenty of parking, and the property is easy to access. The couple of questions I had prior to our arrival, the owner responded to quickly. We hope to stay here again in the not too distant future.

Great location with quick access to the beach

My son and I stayed at this location for a week and we totally enjoyed ourselves. I will definitely book another vacation here again. The unit was just the right size for us and it was only about a 3 minute walk across the street and you were on the beach which was so convenient. When we went to the beach, there was plenty of room for people to spread out. The majority of the dwellings along the beach were private homes so there were no large crowds. The owner, Kandis Dunn, is a very nice person and answers all your questions right away. She provides beach chairs if you forget to bring yours and if you have young children, which I don't, she even has beach toys (pails, shovels and even those noodles) for them to play with. If you want a peacefully relaxing vacation, then this is the place to be.

A piece of paradise!!

We loved staying at Sea Sunsets & Sunrises! It was so great to see the sunrise out the window in the morning & the sunset on the beach! We had a great time and I wish we could have stayed another week. We will definitely stay again. The condo was everything & more, we flew so we couldn’t bring much with us. Having so many supplies that we would have had to bring, really helped us. We loved sitting on the balcony, it was so peaceful. The owner was so helpful and nice! She even found money that I had left somewhere in the condo & got it back to me! The location is perfect to go to the beach or drive somewhere. Treasure Island Beach was not crowded & perfect! We went to Pass-A-Grille & ate at the Wharf and found beautiful shells on the beach! We drove to Clearwater & John’s Pass & shopped. We went to Boyd Hill Nature Preserve for a walk & saw lots of wildlife. We can’t wait to come back again!!

4.5 stars - Quiet area

We (a couple) just spent 1 great week in Kandis's condo on Treasure Island. We would rate it 4.5 stars, removing half a star for the comfort of the queen bed, which we found really too soft (hard for our backs)... Other than that, good location, near beach (and near St. Petersburgh, near John's Pass with all the boutiques). Quiet spot. Clean. The condo has everything you need to cook and is comfortable. Not very large but very functional. Ideal for a couple. Photos are accurate (balcony offers only a partial view of sea - and note that the condo is actually directly in front of the back of the Sunset Chateau Hotel and that the counter and stools are the dining space (no separate chairs and table)). Great solid umbrella and chairs and beach toys provided. We litteraly spent our entire days on the beach, swimming and reading. To swim, the water is REALLY calm and shallow... We didn't go to the pool because it was always busy during our week. There is a DVR with the TV which was great for us to record all sorts of movies and old shows to watch at night. Grocery store (publix) only 1 mile away! Kandis was really helpful - very good communication. We loved the laid back feel of this charming village. Thank you! :)

This has condo is in the perfect location while it’s not beach front it has a perfect view and easy close access to the beach. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We unfortunately visited during red tide so we spent most of the time inside but it was perfect for us. The kitchen was full of everything you’d need, plenty of towels for showering, and lots of pillows for added comfort at bedtime. We can’t say enough great things about this condo! We will be back to stay!

Great spot on Treasure Island

Loved our stay and our walks on sunset Beach. Close to everything and amazing sunsets. The place is comfy and loved the beach chairs. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We actually left our crock pot we bought and love using since we couldn't take it on the plane. We hope future guests enjoy it!

Absolute bliss!

This beach condo was the PERFECT choice for my small family and I to enjoy our vacation this year. I was searching for weeks for the perfect one and I am so glad I chose this gem. The condo was beautiful and fully stocked with EVERYTHING you may need. Towels, pool noodles/float, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, beach mats, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth brushes, sunscreen, laundry detergents, I mean seriously everything. The kitchen was fully loaded with every appliance/utensil you may need! The living room area had games and books for you to enjoy during your stay with the family. The couch and bed were so comfortable. Now on to the location.... There are no words. It is directly across the street from the most beautiful beach I’ve been to in Florida. On the porch, you can sit and watch the waves. The water was absolutely beautiful, clear and so clean!! The beach was never crowded. So many shells to find to bring home. On the sand bars you could literally see manatees! The pool was perfect for us and it was my 15 month olds favorite spot! Never crowded, extremely clean. I can’t wait to come back and stay here next summer, probably for an even longer stay! 7 days wasn’t nearly enough. Thank you so much Kandis for opening up your summer home to my family and I. We absolutely had the best vacation.

Just perfect!

This was one of the places I have rented via VRBO! Everything I needed was there, including beach chairs, an umbrella, (even sunscreen), toys for the beach..just great! The Condo is very comfortable with a full kitchen, comfortable bed in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I didn't have a car but if I did there was plenty of parking. Sunset Beach is a residential beach, and in these uncertain times.. fewer crowds is what we need! I hope to rent this place again and again..it was so comfortable and homey.
