We did not have any issues with xheck in, the roomwas very clean and cooled off when we got there. The office was very accommodating to all our needs. The very place to stay.

I had a great overall experience during my two-day stay at Satellite Motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. Housekeeping did a nice job and replaced our towels daily, which I really appreciated. The property felt well cared for, and the stay was simple, relaxing, and hassle-free. For a short stay, it had everything I needed and I would definitely consider staying again.

Stressful

Owner sent communication that “on the day of arrival a code will be sent to you” to unlock the door. She did not send a code per her communication. I tried calling her. She did not respond. I called the motel and was told by two different ladies that I would need to obtain the code from the owner. We ended up going to the hotel and a kind gentleman helped us. He said he had been on an “emergency call” earlier & my calls were being answered by an answering service (who obviously didn’t know). This was incredibly stressful (family with young children). I never did hear back from Barbara. We did enjoy the property.
