  • Sandy Shores 202 is a Newly Renovated one bedroom/one bathroom gulf front condo located in Sandy Shores on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Madeira Beach, Florida. This condo has a large dining and living room area that opens out to the private balcony where the view of the beach and gulf is spectacular. A large flat screen TV is in the living room along with free internet and WiFi.

    The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and cabinets filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 4 guests in the condo.

    Coin operated laundry is available on each floor.

    Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. This is a non smoking accommodation.

    There is one assigned parking spot available for this unit.

Overall we were very pleased with the property. The room is close to the trash shoot, so we did hear that some during the night.

This is a nice 2nd floor 1bedroom condo right across from John’s Pass and nice balcony over looking the pool and ocean. There were 3 beach chairs and an umbrella in the bedroom closet. Easy access to beach. Our only suggestion would be maybe a few more bath towels, we stayed five nights. There was a washer and dryer within a few feet of the room door cost 5 bucks to wash and dry so it worked out ok. The parking was good. Good security for property,codes for poolAnd elevator I would stay here again for sure if we are in the area. Go VOLS!
