The Sand Dunes Townhome has many interior upgrades with every possible amenity you could desire and beautiful new flooring throughout. The open living area extends from the amazing kitchen and dining area through the large bi-fold door to a balcony overlooking the pool and partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. The elegant kitchen has a large island for preparing meals, seating and entertaining. It features high end appliances, granite counter tops and is fully equipped. The newly remodeled home spreads out over close to1600 square feet on two levels. Each level has a balcony with seating for you to relax and enjoy. Living room, dining area, kitchen, a half bath as well as a bright office area with a desk are on the main level. The upper level features 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom attached and a laundry room with a full washer and dryer. The second balcony is off the primary bedroom. A sparkling shared pool is just a few steps away. You can overlook the pool while sitting on one of your balconies. PLEASE NOTE: There is no elevator for access at this property, stairs only.

Another big plus is the location of the Sand Dunes Townhome! You have a convenience store right across the street and an ice cream shop as your neighbor. Walk less than half a mile and you can enjoy some food, a cocktail, live entertainment while watching the dolphins play at Crabby’s on the Pass. Or, walk across the bridge, less than a mile, where you will find John’s Pass Village which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! No matter what you decide to do, you'll have plenty of happy memories to take away!

Great Condo w Great Location

Beautiful, spacious condo in paradise

This was the perfect week to relax and recharge! The huge sliding doors that opened up the whole main level and master bedroom to the sea breeze were amazing! We had lots of fun with the paddleboard and ring toss game. Beds were super comfortable! Short walk to beach where we could rent chairs and umbrella was super convenient. We’ll definitely visit again!

Lovely and very well appointed!

Everything was perfect and brand new! We felt at home the minute we walked it. Learned that houses on stilts sway with the wind so don't mistake it for an earthquake :) Truly enjoyable accommodations for a party of 5.

Fantastic Beach Condo

It’s a little tricky to find but the parking is ample and convenient to enter the unit. Then...Wow! The photos don’t do the interior of the condo justice - it is exquisitely decorated - high end, gorgeous, beachy, yet still extremely comfortable. Then the beach itself! You have two huge balconies to enjoy the breeze, the palm trees, and the water. Access to the beach is easy, and you can also walk to many restaurants, shops, beach bars and an ice cream shop. I can’t think of anything the kitchen needed - very well equipped, better than my own kitchen at home. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The huge sliders to both balconies made the views even great from inside. My husband LOVED the huge TV and recliner - again, better than home. Highly recommend!

The fact that the original booking photo showed the rental next to the pool but yet I was given the house in the back with no beach view at all was very misleading and upsetting.
